Trying to check in was an absolute pain, I rang for 3 or 4 days as per the instructions but got no response. I had to contact the travel web site that we booked through to get a response from them. Then once we arrived we had to wait 1/2 hour for the person with the key to arrive and they had no knowledge of the place.

The rooms were very unclean, cockroaches everywhere, dirty floors, small hair all over bathroom tiles. Moved one of the couches and underneath we found cigarette buts dead insects and condoms. Beds are so uncomfortable, small and unstable. And as for amenities there was no toilet paper and no change of sheets or towels. Will Never recommend the place to anyone.

I thought I booked in to a hotel. I had stayed their before with ny family. I was arriving later then my other friends, I said to them as they arrived earlier, leave your bags at reception as they cam on the early morning flight. The reception, rudely told they they couldn't as the apartment was a private one and not run by them. So my friends had to wait in the lobby for two hours until they were received by the person whom checked us in. there was five of us in this apartment and we were only able to get two keys, no fresh towels, we had to wash them. Just a bit deceiving I thought, For that price
