Good service the place is safe

Todo funciono muy bien, solo la atencion de la factura pésimo es fecgmha q no me dan mi factura de la estancia y ya me generaron un problema solo por eso no me volveré a quedar ahi es su obligación emitir factura x todo ingreso sin importar por que medio recuban el dinero.

We stayed here for the month of February, 2026. WiFi and AC were excellent. The grounds are beautiful, in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the 4th hole of a golf course. Our room was spacious and clean, but tired (corroded taps, wobbly door handles, wobbly fridge, many cracked tiles, a small (and not Smart) TV. We had lots of hot water. The king size bed is firm and comfortable. The single beds are short and meant for children. All rooms have a large outdoor patio or balcony. The staff is fabulous and friendly. The pools are cleaned regularly, and are usually not busy. There is a lovely, shaded gazebo for a quiet read, or a larger gathering (we only saw one family gathering in our 1 month stay). It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and to Ixtapa's restaurants and shops, but only an 80 peso, short taxi ride. Having a car or bicycle would be helpful if you want to go into town regularly. It is not on the bus route.

Falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, cobijas y sabanas viejas Atencion amable del personal

Personal amable, instalaciones muy viejas. El Internet sólo está en el lobby y en la alberca, es muy incómodo hacer inventario de cada cosa pero en fin. Creo deben renovarse

Muy amplia la habitación

We did not stay here. We were offered alternative accommodations and it was apparently too late to cancel this hotel without losing the whole charge. It’s too bad though, because we probably would have used this hotel the next time we came.

Cocina equipada, sala confortable

The check-in process could use some improvement. They didn’t seem to have knowledge of my reservation and the map isn’t exactly accurate so it was hard to find. I called and was able to straightened it out. The burners didn’t work well and the pots and pans were not in great shape but the coffee maker was.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodamente caben 6 personas

La limpieza muy bien, muy buena atención de parte de recepción y habitaciones muy cuidadas y amplias!

Todo bien, excepto lo de las almohadas de cama olían a sudor y se reportaron.

MI ESTANCIA EN ESTE HOTEL DE 3 NOCHES, HABITACION 306, FUE MARAVILLOSO, MUY AMPLIAS LAS 3 RECAMARAS CON SU BAÑO COMPLETO, EL AREA DE COCINA INTEGRAL Y SALA COMEDOR DE PRIMERA, INCLUYO LA ALBERCA, GRACIAS A TODO EL PERSONAL.

Buen precio por las habitaciones

Excelente lugar para viajar en familia. Muy cómodas y amplias habitaciones.

Everyone was very welcoming. Family friendly. Would stay here again.

El check in fue muy tardado al igual que el inventario del hotel
