the place quiet cozy but not as expected. the room is spacious with balcony but no chairs or table to hangout at the balcony. disappointed with their food and the service, a lot of dogs and not suitable with muslims customer. I have to go outside to get our dinners food. sorry not recommended and this is first and last I had for my vacation here.

there is no tv in the room, no wifi in the room although stated wifi free, low network coverage plus my room is at 3rd floor omg I am with my mom 71 years old okey. commonsense please

everything is as per imagine. the room is nice. the breakfast is good. the environment is peaceful and nice. all in all nice. i will definitely come again

1. Bilik Mansion yang booking tidak ada dalam list tempahan oleh pihak acasia dan memberikan kesukaran kepada saya dan keluarga yang telah hadir di acasia.. Bilik yang diganti oleh acasia tidak sepertimana yang dibooking. Menurut receptionist, bilik telah diberikan kepada pelanggan lain. 2. Bilik Superior Cottage ( 1 King Bed, Garden View, Garden Area) yang ditempah juga telah gagal diserahkan dan hanya diberikan bilik lain yang tidak sepertimana yang di booking melalui Aplikasi. Harap mendapat perhatian dan tindakan.

Seronok berada di sini. Suasana yang damai. Seolah-olah berada di kampung. Anda boleh lihat ayam kampung dan kuda bebas di sini. Seronok. Akan datang lagi.

Location is nice and very calm for a retreat. Nice pool with more than 2m depth. But the food is bad, tasteless. Poor breakfast serving service.

Nice view. Need proper parking lots. Must bring extra food. Staff need to improve service

Bbq pit charge not reasonable, they count per person even though you bring your own food, add on breakfast are not allowed unless you add for extra bed compared to other hotel you can add on for breakfast without extra bed, breakfast too bad, refrigerator did not provide in room and sadly my chicken bbq spoiled because they did not put in their refrigerator, the place quite good but some of their service too bad.

I am the only guest in the hotel during my stay, and they didn't prepare any buffet breakfast on the next day.

It was great place to visit. The environment is peaceful calm and fresh. However there were no phone line nor internet here and any sort of media (tv), which I am ok with.

Need improvement in room cleaning. surround ok but need to upgrading on halal meal because there are muslim visitor too. overall nice place to release tension.
