Excellent! Enjoyed our stay!

I absolutely loved Hotel Ochsen. The staff were all amazing, super kind and helpful. They really do go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept, cleaned daily with nice shampoos and teas - we loved the mix between old authentic Swiss style and modern. The breakfast was great, fresh and lots of variety. Spa facilities were also fantastic and you can reserve for free so you have a private time allocated. Overall this hotel was perfect, I will be recommending to friends and family too. Thank you/Danke to the lovely staff too.

En centre, prestation au top, personnel sympa et hyper serviable, chambre super. Matelas un peu trop mou. Au calme, Clim silencieux. Super séjour. Bus, train et bateau illimités inclus dans la prestation.

Atemberaubend

Hotellet har funnits sedan 1500-talet, nu naturligtvis moderniserat. Mycket gemytligt. Servicen var toppen, likaså frukost och lunch. Läget är perfekt mitt i Gamla stan och nära Zugsjön.

Set in the Zug old town, close to the lake this hotel ismple but refined with very friendly staff and great service. I would stay again.

Wonderful Hotel, lovey staff and accommodations

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Zug! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel – mit einem tollen Blick und allem, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit guter Anbindung und schönen Spaziermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Very relaxing and spotless hotel

The hotel looks just renovated. Bathroom products are high quality, I appreciated a lot the refilling idea (instead of one use products). I liked the wood furniture in the room, and the big size bed. Very kind reception staff.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located for walking by the lake and plenty of places to eat and drink close by.

Propre et confortable, decor bien pensée. Personnel professionnel mais aimable et sympa. Bonne situation dans le vieux quartier et près du lac. Nous retournons.
