방 세 개를 예약했는데, 두 개의 방은 오후 4시 30분쯤에야 열쇠를 받았고, 세 번째 방은 아직 준비가 안 돼서 오후 5시 30분쯤에야 열쇠를 받았습니다.

위치가 너무 좋았고 타이핑 호수와 아름다운 산의 경치가 보이는 멋진 전망이었습니다.

좋고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 위치가 좋습니다. 서비스가 좋고, Gaury 씨는 매우 친절하고 효율적이었습니다.

Clean and comfy hotel and very strategic location. Just cross the road for a famous yong tau fu and got mall down stairs.

The bed is so comfortable. Staff is very friendly. I got lake garden view, very beautiful scenery. Surely will come again in future.

It was a pleasant stay.. the room is spacious and sparkling clean.. my room was facing bukit larut view and it was beautiful..overall it was a awesome..there is a shopping mall xalled taiping mall next to the hotel but nothing much there.. you can find decent food surrounding the hotel area or you can choose to order from grabfood or foodpanda however their is a limited choice.. tmi ordered some food from room service and it was really xheap and super delicious.. I just had one incident where I booked for 2 nights however I was not able to enter my room on my 2nd day. this was due to my key card was accidentally programmed to 1 day only.. I had to go down to the reception and reactivate my key card.. however, the lady in duty didn't even apologize to me for the meistake.. she just reactivate my key card and that was it.. where was your hospitality, novotel??
