객실 깨끗하고, 1,2층에 미팅 할 수 있는 공간이 있던 게 좋았습니다.

조식도 맛있고 자하철역서 가깝고 시내서 살짝 떨어져았간하지먼 접근성은 좋고 주변환경이 깔끔합니다.

Had a hiccup to the start of my travel but the hotel staff definitely helped out and were beyond accommodating! Really wanted my stay and plan on returning with my family on our next trip

Air con was broken but plenty of fans available and staff very proactive. Great location to stay for a short break and also for events at the London stadium, a few stops down on the Jubilee line.

The air condition did not work well and the reception staff tried to hide the situation and did not provide all the information. there was a fan on the room as they were aware of the fact that the A/C is not working. it's a pity that the hotel did not share the information.

Bastante leaps de la metro Elizabeth . Con la calor de la semana bastante complicado. Las habitaciones tienen ventanales pero no hay forma de abrir para cambiar el aire.

Overall, it was an okay stay. Upon arrival, we were told the A/C was faulty due to the extreme weather conditions and while this wasn’t ideal, we accepted it was out of their hands. They offered to provide fans which was helpful; however, it took a while for the fan to arrive. After numerous calls to reception and then going downstairs to request a fan again in person, it finally arrived. The hotel duty manager was very helpful in his handling of a situation out of their hands however, the same can’t be said for other staff. Overall, the experience was okay although I probably will never go to another Novotel based on this experience. For the money spent, ‘okay’ simply isn’t good enough. The Bokan 37 restaurant staff were a welcome positive to our stay. Very friendly, communicative and timely with their service. Were it not for the restaurant, this would have been a poor experience.

Fantastic room and a very comfortable bed. The only downside was that our room was next to one where maintenance work was being carried out, which caused some noise and disturbance in the morning.

Receptionspersonalet virkede meget sure og var kort for hovedet. Vi fik ingen information om udtjekningstidspunkt eller andre praktiske forhold ved ankomsten. Da vores nøglekort pludselig holdt op med at virke, sagde den samme medarbejder ikke noget, men fik blot kortet til at virke igen og rakte det tilbage med et kort “her”. Hotelværelset var også mere slidt, end jeg havde forventet. Gardinet kunne ikke lukkes helt tæt ind til væggen, hvilket betød, at lyset skinnede direkte ind på os tidligt om morgenen. På det andet værelse blæste airconditionanlægget direkte mod sengen, så det var ikke behageligt at have det tændt

Manglende på smil personale damerne der sidder i receptionen var ekstremt negative og så sure ud😡 Ikke rart;( Næste som om at man forstyrrer dem når man kom der ned!

Always a pleasure to stay here (my third visit for mine and my daughters annual London getaway). Hotel is spotless. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Absolutely superb breakfast with a wide variety and the most amazing city views to complement it. Great pool; again immaculately clean. Highly recommend

Great experience

The room smelled very bad

I've stayed here several times and I've always been so impressed. This time I was disappointed, the check in was slow and disorganised, the room carpet hadn't been hoovered and the shower was leaking into the room. We didn't realise there was a leak till we got back after a concert and we were too tired to try and change rooms. I hope its just a blip because I love everything about this hotel. We did speak to the manager at check out so I hope they get it sorted. The bedding and towels were spotless and breakfast was banging.

Had an executive room and have to say was disappointed at the decor which really needs upgrading and the room looked very shabby.

Excellent stay may on reception was very helpful

We can’t control the room temperature even if we can see the temperature. Staff are really nice and good cleanliness.
