It was a beautiful property but the breakfast was very expensive compared to other properties in the area that provided the same type of breakfast but it was included in the rate. But other than that the staff were great, the location fantastic and the food and wine were very good. Would recommend it.

O hotel é lindo, os funcionários muito atenciosos, o café da manhã e o restaurante são incríveis. A piscina, então, nem se fala. Os quartos são aconchegantes e espaçosos.

Second time around! The staff is very helpfull and nice! Especially Bruno at the check in and also Leandrowith his expertise on the Fera Palace hystory as well of Salvador! Also Giovanna making sure we had a all the comfortable ammenities . The breakfast is excellent!!

O quarto foi limpo nas primeiras 3 noites. Na ultima so fizeram as camas e nao trocaram toalhas fiquei de 8 de 12 de abril. Tambem nao repuseram hidrantes e amenities. O ar é otimo. Pedimos ao concierge fazer reserva num restaurante. Chegamos la gerente disse q nao havia reserva feita e ficou assim um diz q fez outro q nao . Outra coisa absurda que fomos almocar nk rooftoop com 2 amigos q estavam no fasano e eles no fera proibiram a entrada deles . Conclusao fomos os 4 almocar no rroftoop do fasano. Ah a privada estava vazando por baixo no primeiro dia mas arrumaram . Enfim foi bom mas proxima vez me hospedarei no fasano.

I would first of all like to say that this hotel receives five stars because of the staff. I have never met a more knowledgeable and passionate hotelier than LEO. He knew every detail about the hotel and Bahia. He was able to give us the history down to the numbers. He was so informative and knowledgeable that it blew my mind. The hotel was nice. It’s an amazing property in not the best area. I would only recommend this hotel for someone who is not looking to have an authentic Bahia experience. This hotel is great if you would like to stay in absolute luxury in a rural neighborhood. It’s a very safe and secure hotel. But the staff made our stay the most memorable. I would like to give a huge thank you to Leo, Georgique, Francisco, Lisanna, Josie and the rooftop staff. I would like each of you to know how important you made our stay in Bahia. I can’t wait to return and see you all again.

Cama muito confortável, chuveiro com pressão maravilhosa. Café da manhã completíssimo e com ótimas opções feitas na hora. A cobertura é um charme e tem uma das melhores vistas da baía de todos os santos.
