I stayed for almost a month and it was awesome. The owner was friendly, kind and approachable same as the front desks and other staffs. I recommend this property if you want to stay in downtown area!!!

It has always been our top choice. Location is super convenient. But we hope that they’ll consider including free breakfast again.

location and cost is good but they need to fix their bathroom. Sink smells like waste water, p trap is clogged that is why water is from sink overflows on p trap that causes stinky smell on our room. Aircon is good, service and management is great.

When we arrived at the hotel we waited for 15 mins just for them to prepare our room. When in fact we already arrived late. All things should have been prepared. The AC of the room is not functioning well. We requested to the staff if we can transfer to a vacant room but the staff said that the coldness of the AC is really like that. We were so disappointed knowing for the fact that their facility is not functioning as it is considering for the fact that its a split type AC.

I'm a solo backpacker so I only have basic needs, a nice bad, clean sheets, comfy pillow. it's a nice place, staff are very nice. It's also close to the city tourist sites. I chose it coz it's close to the South Cebu Bus Terminal and shopping malls are on a walking distance. There's a lot of resto around, you can never go hungry, convenience store is just nearby. Good WIFI. It's safe. Over all I have a good stay. They got AC and Cable TV too inside the room. I'll definitely go back!

The water from the faucet was dirty, it was yellowish as if it was with rust. The shower was broken.
