Did not allow early check in. Have to book another hotel. Very inconvenient.

low Internet connection, the floor is dirty. no dining and kitchen no cooking. were expecting just like the other condo concierge. it's our first time in premiere haven

Late Check in, cause of some room technical issues but they made it up for Late Check out. Kudos to the management for handling issues like that. Overall great experience, looking forward to book again.

The place is clean and the staff are kind and very accommodating. We will definitely consider staying again here next time we’ll have an event to attend near the place.

Names of guests are not properly endorsed. We didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool because of only one person is on the list which is the the one who book it. No one to contact regarding this matter. Super unsatisfied. Worst staycation ever. Not reccommended.

Satpam disana tidak mau bantu sambungin pemilik apart minta kita yang telepon sendiri ke pemiliknya. Saya coba telepon, baru dia telepon ke kantor unitnya di lantai 3. Harusnya dia tinggal telepon kenapa tidak mau bantu sama sekali. Kamar tidak ada wifi, cuma waktu hari pertama aja di kasih wifi, bangun pagi sampe pulang disana 4 hari wifi tidak berfungsi. Kamar juga kotor tidak dibersihkan tiap hari. Air minum juga tidak dikasih lagi. Saya kecewa sekali menginap disana, tidak akan kesana lagi.

bad service!!! check in time is 3pm but we have to wait until they finished cleaning the room?! they will charge you for being noisy, hello?! though its written in terms in conditions, they should give warning they will just inform you upon checkout, aircon is leaking, no utensils, thin blanket and pillows. not worth the price. you have to pay 150 pesos so you can use the pool. every move have charges. wifi was not working. worst stay, don't stay at tower b

We weren't able to check in because of some admin issues. Very good experience. Good thing we had some extra cash and we booked a different hotel right away. If we didn't we will end up sleeping in the streets because they didn't give us any alternative.
