Loved that breakfast was served.

Everything was great

I got a room because I bought tickets to an event at NRG and wanted to walk to the venue. I didn’t want to deal with traffic and parking. I was alone, but was among many others during my walk to NRG. I never felt unsafe. I actually made some friends during the walk and saw them again at the hotel breakfast buffet. It was a great stay. The front desk also made me feel great about staying there alone offering their services if I needed anything. Definitely recommend this hotel to be close to everything. I didn’t get in the pool, but wanted to. It looked clean and nice.

It was so close to NRG Stadium. The free breakfast was really good and a great variety!

Was supposed to have a suite but got a standard room

Loved the walk in shower with push soaps Noticed temperature little warm in the hallways. Maybe have a separate make up mirror

The man checking us in was awesome and very helpful, he gave us some friendly advice on the quickest way to get to Reliant. The facilty was very clean and comfortable, the room was amazing and the bed was soft.

Close to NRG Stadium and clean and newly renovated rooms.

I don’t think it’s right to charge for parking if you’re staying there

El hotel está muy bien situado, el camioncito gratis del hotel lleva a cualquier sitio a 3 millas a la redonda lo cual es muy cómodo (de 6am a 6pm de lunes a viernes). De dos elevadores solo sirve uno. La limpieza no la hacen, salvo que se solicite en recepción por día, y en ese caso, únicamente de lunes a viernes por la tarde, hacen la cama, cambian toallas y sacan la basura. Nada más. Solamente una persona de recepción es muy atenta, los demás tienen mala cara y mala actitud. Requiere remodelación de las alfombras y más limpieza definitivamente.

Convenient walk to NRG stadium

Our original arrival at the suites was a lot better than checkin, and the same young man who saw us upon arrival as there on our departure which was so nice, we had a sofa bed but no blankets for it, but we managed

Great service. We booked for a 1 bedroom suite but they were booked up when we arrived. Our first time staying with them and they upgraded us to 2 bed 2 bath suite. We absolutely loved our stay

Very clean and nicely maintained hotel very close to NRG.
