Kellner geben von sich sehr oft keine Getränke, außer einigen Frauen. Sehr unfreundlich viele der Kellner.

Dirty balcony on arrival. Tv not working on arrival. No instructions for phone or tv in room. No mini bar just an empty fridge and no WiFi in room. Locked out of room on first night. Meant to be all inclusive but have to pay for Rose wine even though red and white is free !!!! Totally not all inclusive Asked to move room but told hotel full which it obviously wasn’t !!!! Complained to reception but told no management available. Final insult was having my wristband cut off of me upon departure!!!! All in all appalling hotel and staff !!!! Would never come back again.

It is very strange that an all-inclusive resort asks for money for events organized by the evening entertainment (see for example the beach party) or for drinks offered during the day on the beach Sometimes the closing times of the bars did not correspond to the end-of-service communicated at the reception (they typically close earlier!) Last but not least. The mattresses on both of our beds were sagging and the beds were hanging to the side, making it very difficult to sleep It would be much more useful to the facility to have adequate mattresses and sheets than to focus on the aesthetics of the resort, which, while nice, is not very functional for a quality stay.

Pleasant hotel staff friendly amenities good .. but the 10:00 - 18:00 loud banging music round the main pool area didn’t go down to well with me or my partner there is however the beach 5 min walk within the hotel complex for a more relaxing mood

Internet service can be improved. And the receptionists should be more attentive and nice.

Hotellet utsikt var jättefint, med 2 stora pool (vatten var kallt i november), en stor restaurang (mat var sådär och frukost var det minsta mat att servera) och middag börjar 18:30 men stänger 20:30, en lite snack bar (dom servera bara hamburgare eller en mini pizza (med två varianter margherita/salami)1 bar med lite terrass nära reception, 1 stor bar nära stor pool/restaurang och 1 beach bar på stranden. Animation var tråkigt. Rum var stor. Strand är inte så stor, havet var inte bra och jag rekommendera ta med skor. Toalett på strand var alltid smutsigt. Finns en läkare på hotellet som accepterar det mesta försäkring Alla personal var trevliga (men inte han som jobbar att beach bar…”not tips …not drinks”)

La chambre est grande et propre. Le restaurant où y a le buffet, laisse le choix. Je pense que niveau dessert, il pourrait y avoir plus de choses typiques. Le personnel de la plage ainsi que de la piscine ils commencent à ranger à 17h alors que la fin est à 18h. Les piscines ne sont pas propres (gobelets dans l’eau, des cheveux…)

The design of the place is fabulous…the entertainment there is great..food is good..but the best thing about this hotel in my experience was the help of the great gentleman and the professional manager there mr.Maher Noshy for his extraordinary support during our stay…will definitely come back.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and cool animation team and nice food and drinks:) I am still under impression. I traveled from USA to meet my mom there, we had a great time. I cried and didn't want to return. And there are no kids as well, only adults, so atmosphere is very romantic. I will definitely be back:)))) Thank you guys for the best vacation I've ever had in my life. Will give you 10 stars!!!!

The hotel the food people and staff are just amazing

Magnifique !!

The staff are excellent and the facilities are good. However, the food and drinks are at a very poo quality. We had to eat out most nights out because of how bad the quality of the food was.

Amazing place to stay, accommodation is very nice, clean, tidy, friendly staff, good entertainment, food excellent, weather hot, lovely pool. Highly recommend. Loved it here, made many friends from all over the world who also visited ‘The Caves’ 5*

BRING cash they will not take a credit card! Food was okay nothing to write home about. Price is very resonable as it includes meals AND Drinks! Is on beach. Nightly entertainment different every night.

Needs more night life
