the location was good if you use the taxi, but the service was limited. no front desk, no house keeping service. the studio room has one small window. the king size bed was smaller than the typical one.

깔끔하고 전망 엄청 좋습니다. 다만 차가 없으시면 계단 지옥을 보게될거에요.....주방에 시설도 다 되어있어서 저녁도 만들어 먹었어요~ 제빙기가 있어서 여름에 매우 도움이 됩니다. 버스터미널에서 택시타면 100쿠나, 나갈때도 터미널 간다고 하니 택시는 아닌것같지만 100쿠나 받고 데려다 주셨습니다

주인 아주머니도 친절하시고 좋았어요. 다만 결제는 카드는 안되고 유로나 쿠나 현금으로만 받는 점 참고하세요. 그리고 올드타운과 걸어서 멀지 않지만 짐이 많으시면 택시타고 가는게 좋아요. 올라가는 길이 경사가 많이 져있어서 캐리어 들고 올라가거나 내려가기 매우 힘들거에요.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 주방은 공유하도록 되어 있어서 예약시 참고하셔야 합니다. view는 최고입니다. 그런데, old city에서 15분정도 등산을 해야 올 수 있습니다. 또한 주차는 근처 Argentina Hotel로 연결해 주는데, 120쿠나/night 입니다. 하지만, 짐을 내리기 위해서 잠시 집앞 주차하는 것도 까칠 하십니다.

숙박업소로는 너무 아름답고 좋습니다. 차가 없으면 지옥을 경험하실거에요.

旧市街から少し離れていて(徒歩15分くらい)、やや高いところにあるので、観光した後ホテルに戻る時の上り坂や階段がきつかったですが、その価値がある景色を見られるのでとても良かったです！ 冷房も完備していて、暑いドゥブルブニク滞在も快適でした。 簡易キッチンもついていたので、簡単な朝食などはすぐに準備できて便利でしたり

Easy and smooth check in process. The room was quiet, clean, nice size and nice size bathroom. The owner was very helpful and greeted us upon check in. The view from the shared balcony is stunning! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. Spacious and comfortable for couple. The lady at the property was nice, she helped us check-in even though we arrived late around 9:30pm. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks from our room, such a spectacular view regardless of fireworks.

350 stairs to the beach! Why nothing in the description said that?! You are basically living on a vertical slope. Every time you go down it will cost you 15 euros by taxi to get back up. The view is great but the location of this property makes it absolutely impractical for vacation.

Highly recommended place to stay in the future and I will return to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place.

Amazing view above Dubrovnik from the terrace, large rooms, coffee and milk in the kitchen, the owner is really helpful she even cleaned my pants for free, expect some stairs to reach the appartement from the old town, the beach is about 5 minutes by foot

Clean room. Lots of stairs getting to building. Needed taxi and Uber. But all off Dubrovnik is stairs. Pleasant people running accommodation. Would recommend.

Really great location with great views from our room. Check in really simple and then left to our own devices which is great. Perfect for us but bear in mind that although very close to town the property is elevated so there are hills and steps to negotiate to access the property. Otherwise almost perfect for us and if we visited Dubrovnik again we would happily revisit Rooms Raic

Not as clean as other reviews depicted. Leftover hair everywhere and grime + dust and leftover spit/toothpaste all over the bathroom. Room was also filled with mosquitos.
