It is one of the best hotels I stayed in Turkey. The staff was super super kind and the hotel was so clean and didn't smell any cigarettes. The location was also perfect. Very close to the city center. If I visit Adana again, I will stay here definitely

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The noise from neighboring rooms was constant, making it difficult to rest. The cleanliness was also lacking—my room did not feel properly cleaned, and there was a strong smell of tobacco or cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Kahvaltı çok iyi açık büfe. Lokasyon mükemmel. Odada duşta küf var. Temizlemeleri gerek.

Location is really good. Many spots can be reached by walking. Restaurant close to hotel, Onur Döner is really good. Unfortunately, own parking area is limited.

They over few parking space, make sure you call in advance to reserve the spot. The room on the 1st floor ( second floor actually) are non-smoking rooms. We requested upon arrival and they change the room to non smoking for us. The staffs/ concierges are very professional and giving you immediate response when asking. Sound proofing can be better.

Some of the staff doesn't speak English. The 8th floor is too hot and the penguins on the floor always noisy. The breakfast is very simple. No coffee no tea In the room

Great experience staying at the Yukselhan Hotel. Google Translate helped a lot with communication back and forth with the staff. We were there for two weeks for a work trip, and start to finish the staff was very friendly and helpful. While they only have a few parking places, parking was never an issue because we simply gave our keys to whoever was at the front desk and they took care of it. Basically valet parking. Clean rooms, and a good variety for breakfast every day: eggs of some sort, sausage, lots of choices of cheeses and olives, cereal, yogurt, and more. Available 7-10, so it fit our schedule well. Tea was a staple at breakfast. The only coffee option was instant at breakfast. However, the friendly staff was always willing to make a fresh Turkish coffee at the coffee and tea bar upstairs. No charge. We had a lot of Turkish coffees and teas in those two weeks, and the staff would bring them with a smile even if we hadn't asked. Excellent service. So in summary: clean rooms, good breakfast, tea and coffee any time of day, fast wifi, easy parking, and the friendliest and most welcoming staff you will find. I would definitely recommend the Yukselhan hotel.

Merhaba, Konaklama son anda yapılan bir program değişikliği nedeniyle uygulama üzerinden alınan hizmet ile gerçekleşti. Fakat hem rez hem de konaklama gayet güzel geçti. Hotel konumu, hizmet içerik ve ürün fiyat ilişkisi gayet başarılı. Ayrıca ön bürodan mutfak ve kat hizmetlerine kadar tüm personelin de güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olduklarını belirteyim.
