The hotel with in the middle of renovation. They claimed our floor was complete. It most certainly was not and the AC was clearly broken. The hallways were muggy and our room was stuffy. The shower drain was clogged, probably because construction workers washed debris down the drain. The one good thing about this place was the breakfast. The food tasted pretty good, however it was all cold.

Staff was professional check in and out. Location is close to wvero

My husband checked in and paid for the room and after we paid they advised us they did not accept pets, not even emotional service dogs. We then asked for a refund to find another hotel and refused. Left with no refund and completely in shock. If you have a emotional support dog NEVER NEVER EVER stay at that facility!!!

It was perfect for our family of three. Great location.

The room was good. However, several employees were incompetent. The breakfast lady did nothing but complain and felt was no food for them she had to tell several guests there food for and that the people before them ate too much. The second employee, a reception clerk, literally had her car parked at the drive-up awning all day instead of letting guests pull up to check in. The third employee had to be woken up when we were checking out early morning.

Lamentablemente no decía en ningún lado cuando reservamos que el hotel estaba bajo construcción. Nos han dado una habitación donde empezaron a trabajar arriba de nuestro cuarto a martillar, taladrar hasta las 4 de la tarde. El día que lllegamos y nos acostamos a dormir habían niños corriendo por los pasillos que gritaban a las 12 de la noche. En verdad para nosotros fue una malísima experiencia

Check in was easy, clean, room was comfortable and close to stores.

other than renovating, would have been all 5 stars

Staff was amazing. Esp the lady who set up breakfast and cleaned downstairs. I hate I didn’t get her name but she was such a lovely lady and a joy to talk too.

It was great experience to stay

2 times in a row booked in advance at the same hotel and was still given Room 111 on first floor. Way too loud and very disturbing. I will not be coming back after being put on first floor room 2 stays in a row. Too many other Hotels around to be given 1st floor 2 stays in a row. I will be going elsewhere.
