Love this place been many times!!!

Great aesthetic, close proximity to shops and restaurants. Very nice! Only issue was breakfast: selection limited, not the best quality, and pricey.

We love Aloft! The very best customer care and super clean!

The night time, front desk staff member was hostile and very unprofessional. The smoke detector kept flashing all night, keeping us awake (until staff came in the 2nd day and fixed it), there were dirty hand prints on the ceiling above the bed, and the safe was broken. I used to love staying at this hotel, but I've booked it for the last time.

It was clean. The location was great as well. The layout was strange and we felt like the hotel works really hard to curb costs, all at the customer's expense. There's one microwave on the entire floor, only two of each washcloths and towels are placed in the room and the front desk ladies don't appear to be happy at their job. Not a "Welcome", not a "How was your stay"? No hellos or good byes, they were busy on their phones. There are only two elevators and they ran slow. It wasn't what I expect from a Marriot and we wouldn't stay again.

100% great location. They charge more than they should, though. Average amenities, not fancy, but great location. They even charge for breakfast

Employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable accommodations. Pool was clean and good temperature. Very nice area surrounding the hotel.

Staff was great to accommodate a request to decorate the room for a birthday. Even gave us free breakfast coupons. Communication was prompt and friendly!

DESK PEOPLE VERY ACCOMODATING

Clean but broken sink and phone. Large light has to be on to use bathroom which disturbs others.

Sink was clogged up and wouldn’t drain. Lighting above bed not working.
