Everything was wonderful and exactly what we needed.I would definitely recommend it

Very spacious apartment - lots of kitchen ware - worked great for us to have hot breakfast every morning. Location was ideal - easy walk to museums, restaurants, grocery. I would have given it a 5 star except that our room suffered from a lousy loveseat. Sitting on our bed at the end of the day was more comfortable than sitting on that sofa. Don’t let this dissuade you from booking here. It was a terrific stay and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Also - don’t expect much english spoken anywhere in Mexico City.

Room, garden, location very nice. Some staff could have been more helpful. We could not recommend the first floor, need to be higher up. Noise level was very high even with us on first floor. We had to ask people to be quiet after midnight. Should be in the rules. The doorbell & phone were loud in our room on first floor. We were refused to be given even a yogurt or fruit for our journey as we missed breakfast, even though they state they provide pastries daily.

Amazing hotel in great location.

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda, excelente área de comedor y sala. Ideal para una familia de 4 personas. Excelente opción si no quieres salir a comer o cenar todos los días porque tiene todo para comer en casa.

No puedo creer que el gerente, dueño o encargado del lugar tenga la sensibilidad de sentarse en la sala para ver el estado de los sillones o sea los sofa cama, imposible pasar un rato agradable ahi , totalmente viejos, dañados, incomodos. hablo de la 107, 106, 103 y todas en las que me eh quedado. siendo el mejor hospedaje en la ciudad y que no se den cuenta. revisar los aires acondicionados tambien deberia ser una prioridad por lo menos que funcionen correctamente.

El check in es muy hostil ya que si llegas antes casi nunca tienen listos los condos, no tienen baño ni lugar como para esperar!

MUY BIEN SOLO Y MUY IMPORTANTE ES QUE YA SEA LA ADMINISTRADORA O GERENTE SE DEN EL TIEMPO DE TRATARSE DE SENTAR EN EL SILLON DE LA SALA DE TELE Y COMEDOR Y NO VEAN NI ENTIENDA QUE NO CORRESPONDE EL ESTADO ACTUAL DEL MISMO O SEA TIENE QUE IRSE UNO AL CUARTO Y EN TODOS ESTA IGUAL. OJALA ENTIENDAN QUE ES PARTE DE SU TRABAJO.
