숙소 내 요리를 해먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 3명 캐리어 펼치기도 가능한 넓은 곳에서 쾌적하게 이용했다. 냉장고, 전자레인지, 각종 그릇 냄비 후라이팬, 소금까지 완비👍무엇보다 안전지역에 있어서 든든했고 1층 안전요원이 문열고 닫아줍니다. 좀 걸어가면 코리아타운도 있어서 너무 좋았음.

The hotel is in a great, central location. The apartment was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Some reviews mentioned loud construction noise, but we didn’t hear any. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great!, 2nd time staying in Grand Chapultepec and still feeling like home. The guards in the front desk are very polite and kind people. Congratulations!.

La calefacción no funcionaba en la habitación, la reporté varias veces al front desk y su respuesta fue que no había forma de ayudarme. La temperatura durante toda mi estancia dentro de la habitación era de 12 a 15 grados y estuve muy incómodo…yo no tolero el frío y reservé esta estancia porque ofrecían específicamente “calefacción” en las amenidades. Muy decepcionado

Cleaning in facilities and room can be improved, particularly considering that CDMX is a construction zone. Staff was attentive. Amenities such as the laundry is a good plus for travelers with kids. Great location considering transport, restaurants and sightseeing. Coffee and pastries were not offered, nor the bottled of wine.

Excellent location, big rooms, great for long stays

It was a clean, convenient location. BUT we were woken up by loud noises at 4 am one day. The adjoining apartment occupants were having a party with loud music. The staff did not speak English and was hard to communicate. The VIP gift was not available. The attendant did not know what I was talking about.

Todo muy bien los guardias súper amables, solo en la primer reservación no me dejaron la botella de vino pero en todo lo demás extraordinario

Las instituciones muy bien, pero la comunicación muy mala. Mi caja fuerte desde que llegué estaba cerrada y según iría manteniendo y nunca fue. Una plancha para ropa la pedí como 3 días para que me la dieran. Una botella de vino de cortesía nunca me la dieron. Dicen que te vana resolver pero no hacen nada
