Very well located near downtown, you can walk everywhere. A bit noisy due to the bar staying open late after midnight otherwise great value proposition.

Nous avons payé en ligne le petit-déjeuner et demandé que ce petit-déjeuner soit servi en chambre, demande faite à l'accueil lors de notre arrivée, en précisant l'heure, soit 07h30 et ce, compte tenu d'un emploi du temps chargé le samedi matin. Il nous a été indiqué par l'hôtesse d'accueil que nous n'avions qu'à remplir le formulaire à laisser sur la poignée extérieure de la porte, ce formulaire étant relevé dans la nuit... Nous avons quitté la chambre à 08h15 le samedi matin sans avoir pris le petit-déjeuner ayant constaté que le formulaire n'avait pas été relevé par le service de nuit. Le personnel de l'accueil s'est confondu en excuses, précisant maladroitement que ce n'était pas la première fois que cela arrivait ! Ils se sont engagés à nous rembourser 52 EUR. (coût de 2 petits dèj.) via leur prestataire... Cela s'est produit le 28 mars 2026 et à ce jour nous n'avons toujours pas reçu le remboursement de la part dudit prestataire et nous espérons un retour rapide de la part de l'hôtel. Very nice room, clean and quiet. The staff were great, very welcoming and available. As we don’t speak French, and the staff working were limited in their English, I had some difficulty understanding instructions. But they were patient, and it was fine. Great location, walking distance to the train station, and there were many sights to see within the area. We had dinner one night at the restaurant bar and it was very good. They also have some great sgnature drinks! We would definitely stay here again, should we return to Lille.

Väldigt fint hotell med trevlig personal och lyxig frukost. Tyvärr hade AC lagt av på Frankrikes nationaldag med Spanien mot Frankrike i VM på kvällen. Vi svettades rejält i sviten, men fick en välmenad present, som ursäkt. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt med parkering nära.

Excellent stay. Modern, stylish and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but lots of choices nearby. Great location near old town and train station.

J'ai été un peu déçue de l'hôtel. La salledm de bain est ouverte sur la chambre et étroite ce qui n'était pas pratique avec mon fils dans la chambre pour l'intimité. La climatisation n'a pas fonctionné alors quil faisait tres chaud nous avons mal dormi. Les toilettes sont bcp trop hautes nos pieds ne touchent pas par terre...bref tres moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles...

Very helpful and attentive staff.

Amazing breakfast, friendly staff and really comfy rooms. Felt really safe as a lone female traveller. Amenities and mini bar in the room was all free of charge.
