Stay was great. It was a suite and was very roomy. The STAFF were really great sport. Food is average though. I would definitely recommend and would love to be back. Checkout was little tedious as the new online software system was new to the staff. Actually the Tax was inclusive of the tariff what was booked but ended up paying tax as well. Rest was great. Manager Had arranged for a Campfire gathering in the eve and also on the Christmas day. All guests Enjoyed Christmas cake cutting along with the kids present.

We stayed here for 2 days and I must say it is one of the best place that i have checked-in in the last 1 year. The environment around the hotel is very scenic and it has a garden right opposite. Close to Ooty lake and 5 minutes drive to the main city. Hotel staffs are very polite and courteous. Food is good and its available at the best price. Highly recommended place in Ooty.
