별관 신축에 투숙했습니다 이동이 조금 불편하지만 신규건물에 내부에 취사도구와 세탁기, 건조기가 구비되어있고 방 화장실이 각각 2개로 분리되어있어 좋아요 특히 항공편 결항으로 숙소를 못구하고 있을때 배려해주셨고 인근 계열사인 노바인에 연결해주셔서 늦게나마 투숙할 수 있었습니다 감사합니다

전반적으로 친절했고 방 컨디션도 좋았습니다. GYM 문은 고쳐야할것같아요.

체크아웃한지 1주일이 넘었는데 보증금이 아직 입금되지 않았습니다. 다른 호텔은 모두 입금되었습니다. 호텔에서 다시 체크 바랍니다.

제발 청소 좀 했으면

일층에서 묶었는데 로비랑 연결되어 있어서 편했습니다. 침대가 매우 편안했고 방도 넓찍해서 좋았습니다. 오로라 투어 하실때 갈때는 마지막으로 타고 올때는 처음으로 내릴 수 있는 위치라 편리했습니다. 주변에는 별거 없어서 마트나 음식점은 시내로 좀 걸어가야 하지만 생각보다는 멀지 않습니다.

숙소에서는 새벽 비행기에 대한 셔틀을 운영하지 않습니다. 셔틀이 있다는 말만 믿고 가면 큰 코 다칩니다. 뜨거운 물은 잘 나오지만 배수상태가 좋지 않아서 고생했습니다. 바닥엔 카펫이 있으며 무난한 숙소입니다. 주차장뷰를 받았는데 공사중인지 공사현장의 잔재가 보였습니다. 쌀쌀한 날이었지만 난방은 잘 되었습니다.

Very late house cleaning. We were not told at booking that we were not in the hotel but a separate building that required walking in -40 degrees or waiting for a shuttle. Also meant no easy access to restaurant and lounge. Different breakfast menu than what is on the website. Well situation to airport, downtown, Snow King Castle etc. Was given different answers by different people to the same questions. 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and well laid out.

Room was spacious and nice but was across the parking lot from the main building. At -30 degrees Fahrenheit this was a rude surprise.

We could watch the aurora from the balcony of our two-bedroom apartment without leaving the hotel, and the washing and drying machines were easy to operate. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and arranging transportation.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. I had a Clean and spacious 2-room suite. I will definitely book the same hotel if I ever go back to Yellowknife.

What stood out was how Chateau Nova stood behind us as the guests, when Expedia and Agoda did everything they could to sabotage our stay. They made it seem like the hotel cancelled our reservation, while the hotel went to bat for us when Agoda/Expedia did all the damage. The hotel kept us in a room that Agoda underhandedly cancelled. Now for Chateau, we had a great breakfast and a dinner at reasonable prices, courteous staff on all occasions, and a clean room with all the necessary amenities. If someone was coming to see the aurora, I would suggest booking straight with the hotel! And enjoy the experience with Chateau Nova!

新館に4人で泊まりました。部屋はとても暖かく、広くて綺麗でした。バス・トイレが2組有り、洗濯機・乾燥機・洗剤が配備されていることが特筆です。キッチンには道具も揃っており食器も清潔でした。コンセントがとても多く、一極集中しない所が良いですね。 しかし、上階の足音がとても響きます。オーロラを観に行くと部屋に戻るのは深夜なので、階下を気にしながら歩くのはリラックス感が薄れたのが減点です。

客室は清潔かつ広く、生活に必要なものは大体揃っていました。 イエローナイフでは食事をどうしようか困っていたので、客室に電子レンジや冷蔵庫、ケトル、コンロ、オーブンなどが備え付けられていたのもよかったです！

Arrived late, got our key cards and a shuttle ride to the building we were staying in. Got to our room and no wifi password anywhere. Went back to main building and talked with the desk clerk. Why? The room phone did not work and I did not have cell signal. He told me I did not need a password, just select “Nova Hotels” from the wifi list. He showed it to me. I make my way back to the room only to learn Nova Hotels wifi is not available in that building. Back to the front desk. Then I was told to scan the QR code to access wifi password. Well without wifi or cell signal that is not possible. Back to the room I go to get some sleep. My wife and I cuddled tightly trying to sleep but the room was so cold. The thermostat was maxed but it was not adequately heating the room. The next day I relayed all of this to the GM. He sent maintenance who fixed the heat issues and I finally got the password so we could let people know we made it. Room staff were wonderful. Restaurant quality was sad. Cold and dry omelet, buffet was looking pretty dry so I ordered fresh. Didn't help, couldn't finish it I would seriously consider other options before booking here.
