They were amazing , friendly , helpful and amazing 5 star hotel. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making my trip a memorable one. I came to celebrate my Moms 90 th Birthday. When she came to visit your staff was so kind and helpful . God Bless each one

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent location.

Very comfortable overnight stay to ensure a show at a nearby venue. The room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained. We were surprised that the hotel car park was full and we had to park further away, which was inconvenient with bags, but this was our only inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located and has a really nice shopping center plus restaurant area on the ground floor. The reception staff were really well trained and great customer service. However the room was not spectacular and the housekeeping were casual, sometimes seated on the floor in the hallways, and often left vacuums and other cleaning equipment just laying on the floor for extended periods.

We have stayed here many times and love the hotel, especially the one bedroom apartments that have a washing machine and dryer. Staff are always helpful and friendly, underground parking is great and it's in a super convenient location.

The capital feels like home away from home!

The staff were amazing

An exceptional corporate hotel, perfectly situated in a bustling shopping area with everything you need within reach. The nearby restaurants and nightlife make for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The room was spotless, the staff was professional, and the accommodations were incredibly comfortable and quiet.

De kamer was naast een plein waar constant harde muziek vandaan kwam en er een grote tv was. Daarnaast zaten er mensen naast (!!!) m'n kamer buiten te eten. Bizar

Great check in, room was spacious bathroom was nice, though they only offered one shower towel, they do offer complimentary bottle water and a mini fridge, Overall, it’s a nice hotel, in a nice location

Easy of everything

A sqqtunning hotel in an excellent location. The room and the hotel in general is near spotless, and the exterior and surrounding plaza clean and welcoming with a number of restaurants immediately outside of the hotel entrance doors.

I was there for less than I night, but only issues I experienced was, clogged sink and show leaking water across the entire floor,

The hotel was very nice and very well kept. The buffet breakfast everyday was good but I did get tired of the food after so many days staying at the hotel. One thing I did not like was that washcloths were not given unless asked. And when asking for a new washcloth, the dirty washcloth had to be turned in. It was such a a weird situation. But other than that everything else was great and there are a lot of good restaurants just steps away from the hotel. I would stay there again but I would bring my own towels!
