전체 평가 및 리뷰 Comfotel PRPL

I had to go for a meeting without taking a shower. The bathroom door was jammed and there was no one to help open it. The manager did not pick calls and the night desk manager did not respond when I knocked on the reception door.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for our short stay. There wasn't anything fancy about

A decent, no-fuss hotel stay. The photos on the website suggest the availability of food options that just don't exist in the real site, so I suggest these misleading images are removed ASAP. It's worth noting that this is a converted 5-storey townhouse and there's no lift, but this wasn't a problem for me. Walls are paper-thin and every time the guy in the next room opened his door I thought he was opening mine! This means it might not be great for a romantic weekend, but for a business trip like mine it was a great option that was relatively low cost (for the area).

The room was certainly below 1* condition. It was scruffy and tired TV had fallen off the wall and was propped up on table with the tea and coffee items. Hairdryer was damaged but worked both headboards were very badly damaged. There was old liquid stains that had run down the wall still present the base of the beds were dirty and stained as was the carpets. Shower tray was stained hot radiator/towel rail in bathroom was very dirty and stained. I am very surprised that you even had this terrible hotel on your list. Would not recommend it and would certainly not stay again it was well below value for money

Quite uncomfortable room for 4 people. Bathroom cleaning almost missing. Uncomfortable stairs width for passing with luggage. No lift.

Good price in reasonable location. The room contains what you need for a night. No complaints

Séjour plutôt désagréable avec beaucoup de bruit car l'isolation est pas terrible. Les prises électriques ont disjoncté deux fois, de plus les adaptateurs vendu par l'hôtel ne sont absolument pas adaptés nous avons du en racheter et ils ne nous ont pas été remboursé. L'hôtel mérite un bon coup de neuf,le pommeau de douche fuit, chambre beaucoup trop étroite, la peinture s'effrite, ventilation de la salle de bain a changé. Bref pas recommandé

Les photos ne sont pas du tout conforme a la réalité. J’étais très déçue de l’hôtel en générale. Hotel très sombre pas du tout lumineuse comme sur les photos. La rouille est omniprésente dans la salle de bain. Les grincements du parquet lorsque les voisins du dessus marchent. Le lit pas confortable ! Le seul point positif c’est le ménage qui se fait tout les jours et le personnel plutôt sympathique, et l’hôtel qui est bien situé. Proche de stations de metro. Bien situé

When we arrived at the hotel we had to cross the street and book in in another building. The hall ways were very cramped and would not be easily accessible for anyone with a suitcase. Our room was in the basement of the building. It was a very small twin room. There was damp in the room and bath room. It did not feel clean and you could visibly see dirty, dust and grime throughout the room and property. The shower still had hair from the previous guest in it and the doors didn’t close resulting in a very wet floor. The walls to the rooms were so thin you could hear everything from other rooms. The door to our room didn’t shut easily meaning we had to slam it shut, it wouldn’t close on its own. There were weird stains on the curtains and black marks on the bedding. The glass in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Overall just felt very disgusting.

The staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable.

Very convenient

The reception was in a separate building which wasn’t clearly signed. The room itself was very clean and well presented but need a lick of paint here and there. The shower has nowhere to put anything and no bath mat, anti slip protection or grab handle. There is a fridge which was handy. The traffic is very noisy so you won’t get a good sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Sainsbury’s is directly opposite and very handy for cafes and close to Goldhawk and shepards bush stations.

Chambre qui prend l’humidité avec des grosse traces d’humidité et de moisissure, mur mouillé. Poussière partout le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer. Frigo moisie que j’ai dû entièrement laver en arrivant. Un soir nous avons pas eu d’eau chaude donc pas de douche. Le personnel a voulu me faire payer la chambre en arrivant alors que j’avais déjà régler sur le site internet donc pas très honnêtes. L’emplacement est top à proximité du métro.

It's ok

The staff don’t care and pics in advert are wrong of room when u book. It’s a crap hotel and u can hear your neighbour snoring. The online advert when booking with Expedia is wrong as I booked a family room and the customer it showed was nice. When I got here the room was not the same. When I confronted the manager he began blaming others and silly excuses. I said I will take this up with Expedia and the hotel general manager and took the details

The bathroom shower had mold, dust all over the picture frames and light fixture. The wood framing holding the fridge was rotten. No elevator, being pregnant and with a toddler having to go up and down 4 flights of stairs was miserable. The whole building and room had a weird smell. The stairs rails are really flimsy and some areas you can see they had split and they did a very wonky repair that’s barely holding together.

This property DOES NOT have elevators and it has around 5 floors. A lot of work to go up the stairs with luggage. Cleanliness is not good at all. All the person does is bring you towels and straighten the sheets. You can see old stains on the walls and around the bed frames. The staff of really nice but if you are looking for a hotel where you feel clean then this is not it.
