대체적으로 서비스는 만족이나 호텔이 적고 역사가 짧아서 그런지 뭔가 2프로 부족 즉 디테일에 있어 너무디자인에 치중하다보니 불편한 시설이 몇개 눈에 뜨임 예를들어세면대에서 즉 다칠수있는 수건비치대나던지 ~~

Minha estadia foi arruinada por um erro grave do hotel. Às 4h da madrugada, a campainha do meu quarto tocou quatro vezes seguidas, me acordando assustado. Perdi completamente o sono e a noite. Após muita insistência por explicações, me informaram que foi o serviço de quarto que errou o número do quarto. Inaceitável. Nunca mais volto e não indico.

Excelent and beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and our room was incredible!!!! The Spa was awesome and the views from the sauna indescribable!!!!

O primeiro quarto estava com cheiro de mofo e foi trcado prontamente. Ja no segundo, houve um problema com a fita de led que teve que ser desligada. Problemas que nao devem ocorrer num hotel com este padrão

Estadia foi ótima , tudo 100%! Única sugestão que posso dar é que coloquem algum tipo de aquecimento na piscina, estava muito gelada , praticamente ninguém entra na piscina devido ao gelo da água !

The hotel is excellent. Service from all the staff was excellent. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Great location right across the street from Copacabana beach. View from the rooftop pool/bar is incredible! Great place to spend a few days in Rio. Plus if you want to go to Ipanema beach it is an easy walk of about 5 blocks. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Recommended 100%

This is not a 5 star hotel. And not well maintained. Check in time is at 3 pm we were given a room 2 hours 40 minutes latee asked why no reply. One elevator is out of order for some time were told a spare part needed must he brought from Germany so it is not working for sometime and the 2 others have an erratic behavior not to mention the delay in goimg up and down ( up to 9 minutes) we had a suite the balcony door was stuck and deemed impossible to repair by the staff, toilet was Japanese electric terrible noise for a long time after. Not once was the mikibar refilled. We were charged a 2nd time the room charge staff told us per expedia payment should be done on check in they apologized on check out their mistake still waiting for the credit to arrive. Staff not smiling or greeting guests entering they orefer to talk to each other even at the reception. Food mediocre. No this is not a 5 star experience

Piscina interditada, obras próximas ao local, nenhum abatimento do valor em cima desse transtorno.

The hotel is clean and staff are prompt and friendly. The view of Copacabana from the room and roof deck are breathtaking. We had a few issues in our bathroom with fixtures coming loose off the wall. We called and they had it fixed immediately. Upon checkout I found it odd they added another room’s bar charge to my room’s bill. When I questioned it at checkout, the front desk associate asked if they, the other room’s guests, were my friends. Was odd to me given the receipt clearly had someone else’s name and room number on it yet the desk somehow was implying I had some responsibility to pay for it. Took a few minutes to clear that up with them.

We were very excited to come to this hotel -great design, good reviews, excellent location. Unfortunately our high expectations came down to a huge disappointment. The first room we were given was on the second floor, facing a nearby building and the air conditioning machines. A horrible room for over 500€ a night. We have immediately asked to change room and after a while were offered another room on the 8th floor. While the location was pretty much the same (looking to the wall of the neighbor building - nothing in the description of the room indicated this - really bad from Hotels.com!!!) but the real problem came with the humidity and mold. The smell was evident. We then started looking and it was all over the place, from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms. It’s an absolute shame - this hotel should be closed and they should repair this problem. Hotels.com should not make reservations in this place as it is completely off the standards one should expect.

O hotel é lindo mas o serviço péssimo, não condiz com a rede Emiliano. Não ficaria novamente. Quando me hospedo em um hotel o serviço e atendimento são essenciais para que a estadia seja boa. Em nada adianta a estrutura excelente com um serviço péssimo.
