고층으로 배정받아 뷰가 좋았습니다. 엘레베이터도 빨라서 금방 도착합니다. 조식 뷔페는 양질의 재료가 고급스럽습니다. 주차비 무료도 너무 만족합니다.

호텔은 좋으나 접근성이 안좋음 처음 가면 길찾기가 어려움

유럽쪽에 위치하고있으며, 청결하고 직원 모두 너무 친절하였어요. 이스탄불 신공항과는 거리가 있지만, 공항이 너무 외지에 있어 어쩔수 없는듯^^;;

객실 및 욕실은 평균 이상입니다. 특히 아침 조식이 매우 좋은 편이었고, 객실 청결도 등도 좋습니다. 3층인가에 있는 아시안식당은 음식이 엉망이어서 비추이고, 객실내 TV는 인터넷연결 불량으로 자주 꺼집니다. 주변 환경은 복잡한 다운타운대비 조용해서 좋았습니다.

I had a spectacular stay for 3 nights with a skyline view room at the New Years. Ms. Büşra at the reception was incredibly helpful during my check in. The room was perfectly clean, and to my surprise, even if it seemed to be the smallest size or the 2nd smallest this hotel offers, it was pretty spacious, which was really impressive. On my 2nd night a very noisy family was placed into the neighbouring room and I am a very light sleeper who also works a lot. I called the reception and Mr. Ege quickly offered a room change in case the noise would interrupt my much needed sleep. I didn't take the offer as I was already settled in my own room but it was nice that they quickly came with a solution. On my last night I had dinner at the Turkish cuisine restaurant, Aila. I had the best ever red meat I might have ever eaten in my life! and the service staff Ms. Aleyna was both very courteous, and kind and friendly. I loved that experience too. All in all, I'm very pleased with my stay and although I'm more of a homely stay person and this was my first hotel stay I paid myself, I definitely look forward to coming back here for another stay. And for a suite next time. Thank you for everything. It was worth the investment.

Staff was excellent! Attentive to individual routines and needs. The turn down service was an extra welcoming perk! Very happy with the stay and amnenities.

Very nice and elegant the staff were amazing

This has been one of the best, if not the best, hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly gracious, helpful and super polite. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a snack and beverage bar and premium bath products (come on, Le Labo!). Breakfast was excellent, and there were plenty of options at the bar, plus you could order from a separate menu if you preferred. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and when my room was cleaned later in the day, turndown service items were still provided. Room service was prompt, and the 24/7 menu was impressively extensive. The location isn’t right next to the major tourist sites, but it’s a very easy drive. I went back and forth three times over my four-day stay without any issues. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff where amazing outstanding. Concierge team also went above and beyond. We had an issue initially which was addressed immediately which shows a high standard.

The first room provided was appropriate but the noise from outside highway was very disturbing. I tried to sleep but could not as noise was so bad, this was supposed to be sound proof rooms but they are not. I requested them to change me the room at first they refused but then they did as I could not sleep and I had a meeting the next morning. They changed me the room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Will definitely return, exceeded expectations. Murat in Gold Lounge was an exceptional host.

Lovely staff and amazing views from the room. The hotel was so great that I spent the whole day there instead of sightseeing. Loved the spa.
