모든 게 최고였어요. 특히 함자(마시모)는 정말 최고의 숙박 경험을 선사해 주셨고, 짐 옮기는 것도 도와주셨고, 정말 신사 같았어요. 함자는 최고예요! 그분께 월급 좀 올려주세요. 딱 하나 불만이라면 아침 식사 식당이 너무 작다는 거였어요. 관광객이 너무 많고 너무 붐비고 붐볐어요. 그 점만 빼면 정말 최고였어요.

We started our first day in Venice badly that missed our water taxi stop, and had to walk 2km to get to our hotel, the direction from the hotel was clear, it was our fault because we were mesmerized by the view. After 2 hours long walk, tired of carrying our luggage up and down the stairs through Venice, the first thing which made us happy was when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was comfy with nice atmosphere in the lobby, the receptionist who handled us was friendly. And when we got into our room, it smells great, tidy, clean, and we were surprised by the bathroom changing-color lighting. I think the location is not bad if you like walking, about 1km to rialto bridge. All in all we had great experience, & would recommend this hotel! Thank you.

The hotel is under renovation. Worse thing is AC is controlled at reception, so you have to down to reception to turn your AC on, first experience for me. Room, breakfast, cleanness are good.
