연 1~2회 정도 페루 출장 때 마다 묵는 곳. 기본적으로 직원들이 친절하고 객실도 깨끗해서 항상 만족하고 있다.

Hotel was comfortable and very near from Wong market.

I have visited Lima several times, but this is my first syat here. It was very clean and comvenient.

건물이 새로와서 좋았으나.. 가구에서 페인트 냄새가나서.. 조금 어지러웠습니다. 그리고 근처에 한국식당이 있어서 좋았습니다. 우버타고 10분거리.. 그리고 호텔앞에 맜있는 현지인 레스토랑이 있었습니다.

가성비 최고의 호텔. 근처의 편의시설도 있고 1층 카지노도 이용가능하고 근처 대형 쇼핑몰도 있고 앞으로는 여기만 이용할듯

The room was clean and nice.

Good hotel, unfortunately I had issues with the security box at my room and the wifi connection.

The description of the hotel and area were very misleading. The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. No manager available for the 5 days and the next week I was told No Refunds. If this is a vacation this is not the hotel for you. Moved to the Mira Flores area and was much happier despite the extra payment.

The location is great, close to the everything. Rooms were kept clean.

Room 1002 (suite!);has no window, ac really noisy, sewage smell, no amenities... Location is fine for business in the area, otherwise there are much better options in Miraflores and San Isidro for the same price or less...

Para o preço pago pela diária, cerca de 600 dólares por dia, o serviço deixou a desejar. Café da manhã com poucos funcionários, as mesas vazias estavam sujas, não estavam repondo a comida.

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surco, Lima, and it never disappoints. Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend a hotel that truly defines excellence in customer service and comfort.

We love the location. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Not ant tourist attractions but that doesn't bother us. Very convenient.

I will never return to Lima and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn even though the location is very essential to Surco, they had no English speaking staff no English TV no ability to watch movies or stream anything English it was really a bad experience to be there as an American

We have stayed many times and know all the good restaurants, coffee places and great ice cream. Easily walkable.

Staff was very pleasant, the hotel is clean, and good food and service.

Habitación disponible, pero no permitieron mi acceso 3 h antes del check-in (12h - 15h) sin cobro. Check-in malo. Habitación con ventana pintada en gris, imposible ver afuera. Drenaje de la ducha obstruida, agua servida del baño no bajaba. Solicité limpieza a un empleado. Fue perceptible que estuvieron en la habitación, pero no arreglaron el problema. No me gustaría volver.
