Muy original el estilo y todo el personal muy amable y servicial solo la privacidad y seguridad en las habitaciones debería de mejorar ya que se ve hacia adentro y no tienen chapas o cerrojos seguros

The service was exceptional. The staff definitely made us feel like at home. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. We will definitely be goingback!

My husband and I had a wonderful three night stay at this lovely old hacienda. Eric and Christina were an absolute delight and very helpful with tips and Eric took us on a great tour of the city. All of the staff were charming and kind and we ended up eating in the kitchen with Eric and Christina two of the nights and thoroughly enjoyed those evenings. Breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, full of lovely Mexican art and folk art and we felt like we'd had a truly authentic experience. We love B&B's, but if you're looking for a sterile 'American' hotel, this is not for you - this beautiful place is for those who want to experience the true Mexico and it's wonderful culture and people.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, te hacen sentir en casa. Es un hotel con poquitas habitaciones, comida de muy buen sazón. La decoración es algo que se disfruta. Si esperas algo diferente a un hotel "comercial", es una muy buena opción. No queda lejos del centro en auto. Cuidan los detalles.

Loved the charm of this old hacienda. Loved all the decorations and all the rooms had a different theme. Only thing was that the rooms dont have a key to lock your room when you leave and there is no safety box either like most hotels have. Nothing was lost or stolen just wanted that extra security.

The hacienda is quaint and comfortable and very homey. Very quiet for sleeping.The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well appointed with thoughtful touches like handmade soaps, bathrobes ,Kleenex and shower slippers. The coffee is organic .A wonderful place to stay!

Rustic, comfortable and unique. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate and behing a locked gate. Breakfasts were really good. The one negative was the difficulty in finding the hotel, and the lack of a well signposted indication as to the locale. Wifi was good.

The kindest women run this bed and breakfast. They were so acoomodating. The entire property is beautiful.

The people who work there are all so very nice. The room, service, food, location, everything was perfect. This is a must stay place and city to visit. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything.

Los cuartos son hermosos, únicos, todo el personal es MUY atento, los desayunos espectaculares, con jugo fresco, fruta, tres platillos, café, pan fresco y mermelada hecha en casa.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero acogedor, ubicado en una antigua hacienda con terrazas y jardines. El personal es muy hospitalario y el ambiente amistoso, nos sentimos como en casa. El desayuno es abundante y rico. Se encuentra a unos 10 minutos del centro de Guanajuato en coche, así que es muy buena opción para visitar la ciudad y al mismo tiempo quedarse en un lugar tranquilo.
