This is the WORST MISTAKE one can ever make, coming to this filthy and unattended place. Paid for a stay from a Sunday to Saturday, was a work related trip and had to leave on friday because couldn't bear it any longer. The only reason I didn't leave the same Sunday was because work wouldn't let me book another place in such short notice. -Place smalled like a chicken farm. (Literally smelled like wet chicken). -Cleaning service only swapped the towels but didn't clean ANYTHING or even threw out the trash even. -Bathroom smelled like someone took a dump everytime I was away, had to buy something for the smell myself. -Toilet didn't even have water. -Shower had this smell of stagnant water. -No hot water. -Pool was a mess, was KINDA clean the first day I arrived then had this sort of white water mild thingy. They cleaned it, but it was filthy for like 3 days straight. (Tried to attach a picture, but upload failed everytime) Lady at the reception office, no education or basic customer service. Worst of all, had to leave extremely early in the morning for work because at the entrance of the sort of residential area where this "hotel" is located there's ALWAYS a traffic jam. Overall THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in any hotel. There are better places at Punta Cana for even lower prices.

The room met the needs for the night. Didnt spend too much time there but staff were friendly and good value.

I’d like to start by complementing Daniel at Reception, he was excellent in every way and is an asset to the establishment. Room was very clean, but it was basic with minimal supplies. No wine glasses. The one and only light in the living did not work so I had to sit in the dining room. I wanted to read in bed and prop myself up with another pillow, there weren’t any. Overall I would not recommend staying here to my friends. Dane Human

Nice place to stay for a short or long period, Mrs. Raquel is very friendly and diligent, always able to help. I would book a reservation again if I need to.

The property was gated but no one to give us access to, had to jump over a fence to get to the reception office... never again

The staff was not the best in english but with a translator i was better able to understand and my team and I had a wonderful time! The rooms are clean, spacious and the property is maintained daily. It was very easy to access and a comfortable space. Will be back again!

The scenery is excellent for properties. The staff can be helpful but if they can’t sort things they tend to not be in the office and someone else’s has to deal with the Subject, using the reason “the other person is not here to deal with it”. They seem very cautious before they start smiling at you. Of course there is a barrier of language. The apartment wasn’t fixed before I arrived there ( the tap water had very low pressure) they fixed the tap after I arrived. If you persist on something they usually attend to the matter! Scenery was beautiful and very Calm and soothing; I tend to find calm is relaxing for tourists, but also Calm can be too relaxing if they are doing a job too slowly,

I stayed there for 13 days. From day one, I noticed the lack of courtesy from the receptionist. The toilet did not flush. As I was asleep, I felt something crawling on my left arm, I quickly woke up and discovered that it was a big roach about 2 inches long. The room I stayed in, was completely flooded with water coming from the outside through the front door after it had rained. The room attendant/s would somehow bring 2 towels into the room and didn't even make the bed up. The ceiling fan rattled the whole time I was there. Overall, you get what you paid for! By the way, the night before I checked out, there was a stray dog who made his way to my front door on the second floor. Worst of all, what really made this an awful experience was the fact that the dog pooped about 8 feet from the door to my room.

Water dripping from bathroom ceiling no wash clothes no air in living room and kitchen smelly

We took about 45 mins to check in alone, the place was filthy when we arrived. There wasn’t any towels in the bathroom, half roll of toilet paper for 4 days stay for 2 people. I called reception ask for towel and toilet paper upon arrival in our room they took about 1/2 hour before bringing two towels only to our room. The didn’t bring the toilet paper thankfully we always travel with wet wipes. 2 days after our stay I requested 2 more towels as those ones got dirty and toilet paper again they never brought it. The washroom window was completely broken anyone could’ve get into our room by going through the broken windows. The microwave in the room wasn’t working as well. The day of our check out the receptionist came up to our room 10:50 am telling us it’s time to check out which we were ready and was about to leave. Very poor service and low maintenance. I don’t advice anyone to stay here no matter how cheap it is !!!!!

The place is decent I booked two apartments. Upon checking in the receptionist on the evening of Sunday April 20th 2025 lacks customer service. My buddy and I walked into the office and she carried on with her conversation like she did not see us though I acknowledged her when I walked in. After checking in another lady walked us to the apartments but only provided towels for one apartment. The you lady said she would be back with the towels for the other apartment. An hour went by I informed the receptionist about the matter she said the towels would be sent . The following morning upon reminding her about the towels we finally received them. I paid for both apartments upon arrival but got towels for the second apartment the next day. I work in the service industry for seventeen years this sort of behavior is unacceptable. The property is fairly priced and customer service should be better. Would I recommend or stay in the future. Not si sure
