Clean room, friendly check in.

Great place to stay on a guys golf trip. Kitchen and common space in suite was a great benefit.

The staff that checked me in and out were very kind! Thank you! Breakfast was a nice variety and tasty!

walls and flooring paper thin. you could hear people stomping arournd and out in the hallway being loud after 11pm.................breakfast was very good and eating area very large.............

Very well located for our weekend getaways from the north shore. Lots to see and do and the staff is very friendly under direction of Manager Hickey. We’ve been before and we”ll be back, I’m sure.

The Room could have been cleaner the coffee pot had dried coffee in it, and the bathroom was not completely hair free.

Very spacious, the buffets breakfast was average.

The facility still feels and looks pretty new. It's within walking distance from a shopping area, but be sure to stay in crosswalks when crossing. A busy Costco, Cabela's, and Duluth Trading are nearby. Each featured a pretty full parking lot - so lots of cars moving about. Remarkably, my room had a full-sized refrigerator, a working stove, and a microwave. In addition to a large, comfy bed, my unit also featured a sectional sofa. Gives you an idea how big the room was. The hotel was clean, spacious. I liked the staff - they were always friendly and helpful. If they were in the back, I just asked if anyone was home, and out popped someone with a smile. Unfortunately I did not sample their breakfast, but there appears to be a nice, modern, and spacious eating area. Their business center worked great. When the printer ran out of paper, I asked the staff to fill it, which they did in a minute. All and all, I was lucky to book at this solid hotel. I'll do it again.

Our stay was great. Close to the area we wanted to go. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall great stay.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The ambience was average. The furnishings show their age and should be updated to maj Ke a stay more pleasant.

We checked into the hotel and our room had no working air conditioner, mold in bathroom,phones and side table plugs or lamps. We were given a box fan and was told there were no other available rooms for that night and was told we would receive a $200 credit and then we would be moved to another room for the remainder of our stay. The next day we told that was not an option, they were going to fix the problems, we’d be staying in our original hotel room and only $100 would be credited back to us. They did fix the air conditioner and the lamps but nothing else was taken care of. We have yet received any credits and the experience was horrible and we were treated very rudely about the situation. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again.

This property was wonderful, for big families and very pet friendly. Loved that they accommodated you with a free breakfast and free parking. Swimming pool hours were very generous fitness room was awesome and walking distance to restaurants were very convenient.

The overall stay was mediocre. Upon checking in they tried to downgrade me into a different room. Once we got in the room the bathroom was dirty. We had no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. When we tried to call the front desk about the problem the phones didn’t work.

Was in a good area for shopping and dining

We love everything about our stay. The room was large & has small kitchen. Complete amenities. We were sharing this info to all the athletes’ parents so they could try it next year. We will definitely be back here. From hospitality to breakfast everyday, huge plus for us. Thank you
