외곽에 있어서 차량이 없다면 이동에 불편하고 숙소 간판이 없어서 찾기가 어려우나 아파트 시설은 깨끗하고 공간도 적지 않은 편이고 주방 시설 등은 잘 구비되어져 있고 친절함.

Kindly owner, comfortable bed, luxurious kitchen utensils, scenery with mountains and sea ... So I extended my stay for three days.

This was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Podstrana. A 7 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Split. Sanka and Joseph were such hospitable hosts, we had everything we needed and the view from our room was incredible! Olive and lime trees lined the property and it was a great place four our family, 2 adults and 2 teen girls.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft, beste Unterkunft mit Top Bewertung in Podstrana. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren und haben etwas den Backofen oder einen Toaster vermisst! Vielen Dank an die freundliche Senka und ihren netten Sohn! Liebe Grüsse Aleksandra und Ralf

Erittäin rauhallinen paikka, hienot meri/vuoristomaisrmat, erittäin sopiva 4 hengen perheelle jos lapset haluavat olla omassa huoneessaan, ystävällinen palvelu, vaatii toki vuokra-auton että pääsee lähialuetta kauemmas kunnolla kulkuun, käytiin monta kertaa Splitin keskustassa ja puistoissa/rannoilla sekä Krka/Omis/Trogir, kaikki Krkaa lukuun ottamatta n 10-20 km päässä ja tiet hyvät, liikenne ronskimpaa kuin Suomessa mutta sujuvaa, yleisesti ainakin pohjoismaalaisen on todella helppo tulla toimeen kroatialaisten kanssa, mukavaa ja fiksua kansaa. Koko perhe oli erittäin tyytyväinen matkaan ja ihan kärkeen meni meidän lomakohteista, myös lämmintä oli vähintään riittävästi liki 30C. 5/5 👍

Very good and quiet apartment 500 meters uphill from the closest beach.

Very nice house with a good location. Owner kept good communication all the time and the house was really clean and had all the things needed.

Logement spacieux, propre, bien équipé, belle vue..

Good flat with free parking. Good location close to the main street by car 2 minutes walking 10 minutes. Little bit up in the hill going down will be easy going up little bit need energy if you don't have car or old people with you. Close to the beach and super markets. Not far from split around 10-30 minutes depend on the traffic. The flat have everything you need. Close to Avere tour agency where you can have all tours from Podstrana highly recommend to try the quad and blue cave tours. One more bonus all beaches are free in the area even 5 stars hotels you can go for free just pay for the parking and seat if needed. Conlemani resturant was great near by in Le Maredian hotel good to have pizza was super good. The beacg was good also there. The beaches are all rock beach no sand beach so better to have good slipper or swimming shoes. Highly recommend the flat was very good for the family of 5 persons. I think it can accommodate 6-7 persons.

Clean , comfortable place

Vi var så heldige, at vi blev opgraderet til en superdejlig lejlighed, hvor alt bare var i orden. Fint veludstyret køkken, dejlige senge, lækker terrasse med fantastisk udsigt. Værten Zlatko fik os til at føle os meget velkomne. Kun roser herfra.

Ihanat maisemat ja auringonlasku terassilta. Puhdas ja kaunis huoneisto. Isäntäväki ystävällistä. Linnunlaulu bonusta.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, schöner Balkon mit tollem Meerblick und tollen Sonnenuntergängen Sehr netter Besitzer, kümmert sich sofort um alles Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ett mycket bra boende! Lägenhet var fräsch, bekväm och verkade helt ny. Sängarna var mycket sköna. Vi hade en härlig balkong med vacker utsikt över hav och berg. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. I köksavdelningen fanns allt vi behövde för att laga en måltid. Vi är supernöjda!

This Villa is fantastic. The owner is so helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The Villa is in a great position and the rooms are amazing. We stayed 2 weeks and wish we could stay longer. I would highly reccomend this Villa and would love to come back. It was very clean and presented to a very high standard. The views are stunning and staying at the Villa just made our holiday perfect. Great host, great place and an all round fantastic place to be.

Kind host. Hospitality is great! Clean appartment with sea view. Cleaning is done every few days and towels, for me that's a huge extra (because I didnt't expect it for that price). Near the sea & supermarkets and a very quiet area. I would recommend it for sure to everyone who wants to stay near the sea, but wants a quiet area to relax to the fullest.

Sehr gute Lage zum Stadtstrand (zu Fuss 8 min) und zur Stadt Split (mit dem Auto 15 min.). Gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereiter, service-orientierter Vermieter.
