Check in front desk people looked not so much professional.. need further education or training because when guests checking time, front desk should be polite with smiling but not like. The room view was blocked with wall and no any view, requested to change the room but denied.

Satisfied with the kind services of 5th fl. house keeper, Mr.Pankaj who filled enough water bottles, etc.

Room condition is one of the best. But near hotel, ther was nothing. Breakfast menu need to be upgraded. Hotel restaurant is so so.

Service and Rooms are ok. But Food for Korean seems not good. But, No way.

방에서 옷 다벗고 있는데 미니바 확인 한다며 노크 졸라 빠르게 2번 하고 바로 마스터키 대고 들어 오려고 함. 놀래서 소리지름 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 체크인 할 때는 혹시몰라 키 하나 더 달랬는데 여태 15년 출장 다니면서 키 안주는 호텔 처음봄. 문제는 받은키가 맛이가서 15분동안 못들어가고 다시 로비 왔다갔다.. 휴... 진짜 돈 받고 살라고 해도 믿고 거르는 래디슨이 되겠음. 죽어도 다른 나라 가서도 래디슨은 안갈꺼임. 참 여기 래디슨 뿐만 아니라 다른 랜디슨도 상황은 비슷 했음. ㅋㅋㅋ

Good service, room condition... good hotel itself. But India... too poor people and seems like dangerous to go out and sightseeing.

Despite high AQI in the city, the hotel itself has fantastic air quality.Excellent water pressure for showers.A great selection of food,at all times.A good gym and a wonderful on site spa and massage facility.A big lobby to sit in and talk to friends and family.And a phenomenal staff.on all levels.

Staff at reception always busy talking on phone instead of attaining the person who is standing in front of them.

Amazing hotel

The front desk people are very snooty and not fit to be in hospitality industry. When I have shown the hotels.com reservation confirmation and the gold status privileges I am eligible for, I was flatly refused any of those privileges and was told that Radisson Blu doesn’t care about Gold Status.

Very good food, and hospitality by staff at reception was amazing, specially I would like to mention name of Ms Himanshi, very helpful and courteous.

The checkin staff was rude, no greetings and hospitality etiquette Plumbing issues in the room water was not coming out of wash basin and bathroom.. horrible experience do not deserve this much of cost looks like a 2-3 start never 5 start exp

Overall ok place to stay. Need to improve customer service. Breakfast spread a bit limited.

Very nice hotel. Excellent stuff and service. The surrounding area is a bit scary.
