The place was very cozy and warm. We love the view of the lake at the veranda. The staff were courteous and very welcoming. Very near din siya sa mga malls, Ayala Mall is just a few walks away. Sa tapat niya may 7/11 so di ka na mahihirapan maghanap ng pagbibilhan ng mga kakailanganin mo sa stay mo doon. Bonus is, very safe ang sasakyan or motor mo sa parking space sa harap. All in all, a superb staycation experience. Hopefully, makabalik kami. 👌❤️

The hotel is near at the rotonda and bus waiting area. The room is quite small and kind of spooky in the outside area.

The hotel was close enough to the terminals that it was a great starting and ending points for my Tagaytay stay. The rooms were just okay but the place was quiet enough for a relaxing stay. On the plus side the open air dining area provided a nice view.

Tha hallway looks very good but when you go inside the room, it looks like youve entered another dimension wherein it is very old. The shower handle is not working. Also the breakfast is not satisfying for its price.

The staff were very accommodating. The view from the hotel is nice. The curtains on the room had stains in it. There no slippers in the room. The sockets except where the TV is plugged in are all defective. Given the cold weather in Tagaytay, at least provide thicker blankets.

This hotel has a good location, very accessible to the mall and terminal but the service is not good. No slippers inside the room, no rugs, no bath soap and crooked wardrobe cabinet.

The Inn is accessible and you can find it easily. Price is not that cheap for the value you get. You can find places to stay in tagaytay for the same value but with a cheaper price.

The place and the room is good. However, they need to improve their comfort room, install bidets and exhaust fans. Strengthen their wifi connection and complete the toiletries. Price for their breakfast is not worth it. Overall, it was a good stay. Nice view of Taal Lake.

Cleanliness: no trashcan in the room, had to go to the cr to throw wastes. Comfort: AC is good but the noise coming from the outside is just too much. Service: customer service is very poor, staff needs to be retrained. Food: breakfast is taste-wise it is not good, very bland. Location: pretty good Overall stay was a disappointment

We stayed here for one night. Using coupon, we were able to book our room for only 1,800php which already includes free breakfast. The location is good. The jeepney terminal is just a walking distance from this hotel.

There are better hotel within the vicinity with comparable price
