박물관과 같은 유물을 전시하여 사우디를 느낄 수 있어 좋았지만... 시설이 전체적으로 노후되었어요. 친절합니다.

시설은 비교적 괜찮은 편이었고 골동품 인테리어가 인상적이었음.

걸어서 갈수있는 음식점, 해변 등 주변 환경은 매우 좋았음. 그러나 호텔 객실 내에 Bath Tub이 없고 화장실이 좁아서 불편했음. 사용한 비누, 칫솔, 물 등이 제때 보충되지 않아서 불편했음. 직원들은 매우 친절.

All good and excellent service

Construction is taking place—with 630am start time—and was not informed of this. Room provided to me was above construction zone. Light in place lacked bulb. Another light had wiring that had been bandaged with electrical tape. Ladder on stairwell. Holes in hallway ceiling. To be clear I loved the decor on the first floor and restaurant and sitting areas. And the location is great. But the others aspects left me a bit shocked especially given the the price and rating. I messaged the hotel about the issue and have not heard back. I hope they can remedy the situations.

This one should not be a five stars hotel ? ? !! !

The worst hotel ever. Dirty dirty dirty. Avoid this hitel I rented a presedential suite type A and the first thing I noticed was a dirty bed. I arrived after a long flight for almost 12 hours and there was the surprise! I called the duty manager and he came along with the housekeeping manager and I showed them everything. The best they coukd was to change the pillows and the sheets. Evenworse, this 3 bedroom suite is really old and dust smells everywhere. At the midnight, bathrooms staring another party. A smell from bathrooms was unexpected! I tried for two days seeing the hotel manager and he was never available! I ask about him and they say he will come. Avoid avoid avoid. I rented the suite for $495 per night! All you get is a dirty suite plus two 200 ml bottles of water per stay even if you rent it for one week.

I have stayed at Karan almost every time I traveled to Jubail. All in all, I have been satisfied staying here due to its convenient location & room service. However, they need to greatly improve wifi since wifi service is terrible (even inside the room). Their standard single rooms are SOO small so I recommend any room other than the single room.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke- for a nonsmoker this was not a good situation. I when I asked about moving rooms I was told the hotel allows smoking in all of the rooms.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Whilst it has two restaurants, it is surrounded by many others including numerous Western-style places like Chili's and Outback Steakhouse. It is very short walk across 2 roads to get to the wonderful Persian Gulf - a stroll along the boardwalk alongside the sea is a very pleasant experience, with a totally different vibe to the KSA capital Riyadh. Less than 10 minutes walk are two large shopping malls, with plenty of local shops nearer by. The hotel is itself large. The room I had was exceptionally large and with its own balcony. Inside the hotel you will find a large array of historical artefacts and antiques lining the corridors, as well as 3 classic cars in reception. This hotel is completely different to the usual large global corporate hotels, and this works in its favour.

This time is perfect!

The hotel is greatly located on the water fronts of the recreational area in Jubail. A lot of restaurants and activities. Staying on January presents pleasant experience in walking around and enjoying the festivals. The hotel has many historic corners where old cars, coins, cloths and antique collections are presented. Two big malls and many walk-around shops are within walking distance.
