정말 훌륭한 시간을 보내고 왔습니다 ~ 스페인남부 여행중 조금은 지친 상태였는데, 호텔도 깨끗하고 직원 분들도 모두 친절하셔서 힐링되는 좋은 시간이었습니다 조식도 맛있었어요 :)

모든 직원이 친절하고 주차요금이 비싼 거 빼고 위치, 서비스, 시설 모두 만족합니다.

바다를 마주 보는 훌륭한 위치에 품위있는 인테리어를 가진 멋진 호텔입니다.식사도 만족스러웠으며 주변을 산책하기도 좋았고 관광스폿으로 걸어다니기도 편리했습니다.

Gorgeous Moroccan-inspired property with excellent beach and pool facilities. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to provide a true 5-star experience. The courtesy room was a fantastic touch and really demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to guest service. We also had to postpone one of our bookings until 2026 due to a hospital operation, and the hotel was incredibly understanding and accommodating, providing vouchers to help us rearrange our stay. Their flexibility and customer care were outstanding. We genuinely couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

El hotel debería estar calificado como tres estrellas, está sobtevalorado, la habitación que ocupé de mal gusto y trasnochada. La ropa de cama de mala calidad, desde mi punto de vista vale la mitad de lo que me cobraron. No la recomiendo

Seaside resort at its best, pleasant beach, perfect view, convenient walk to the city center and yet a peaceful retreat from it. Excellent breakfast, services, and staff, and a very modern style aware of its historical past for the past century.

Having everything you need within 30 minutes to the airport was a nice luxury to have after a long day of traveling. We ate most of not all of our meals at the hotel due to how nice the ambiance an amenities are and having a sushi restaurant on-site was an added bonus. Maybe one of the coolest lobby/lounge areas you will experience. The staff was top notch and made for a relaxing stay!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Although, the real reason to stay here is the staff. They were excellent from the time we got out of our taxi until we got in a taxi to leave and every interaction in between. My husband got sick and had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night and the staff made arrangements to get him there. The staff called the next day to see how he was doing and if they could help. I can’t say enough about the quality of care and hospitality! The hotel is pricey but worth every penny. My hope is to go back one day.

We stayed at the beginning and end of a 10 day trip to Andalusia. The hotel entrance is very grand and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very roomy and well equipped. Fresh towels morning and night and bed turned down, curtains closed and complimentary water and chocolate in the evening. The breakfast was good but not the best over our 10 day stay in other areas. The cooked breakfast was cold and not very varied. Plenty of choice with the continental breakfast. We liked to sit outside in the patio areas for breakfast, which we got a table each morning but many diners were left disappointed as area was too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is well located for walking to old town and sights. It is across a busy road to the private beach area which we did not use but looked good. The worst feature of the hotel is the cramped pool area. The sun loungers were really needing renewed as not the cleanest and some covers were damaged. Not 5 star for comfort. It was 5 star drink prices !! The pool lifeguard was excellent and always on hand for towels and operating umbrellas. On the whole we enjoyed our stay but not sure I would stay here again.
