메일로 주차장 찾는 길안내가 있어서 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단으로 올라가야합니다. 룸은 크고 깨끗하고 예쁘게 꾸며져있습니다. 이용은 안했지만 부엌에 기본도구들이 다있습니다. 건너편 델리에서 먹은 토스트와 라테는 지금도 생각나네요..

We stayed one night , good location to Cotswold walk, we didn’t expect self check in, but they did a wonderful job of communicating and it was easy. Rooms new and clean, we unfortunately were there on the hottest days in England, but they did a good job with fan, but we had no Wi-Fi I’m assuming heat had to blame. Overall good stay.

Clean amd tidy room right in the heart of Broadway. The parking spaces could be marked more clearly as we drove past them twice.

I appreciated the little bottle of milk for my tea, the decent sized mugs, and the magnifying make up mirror. The room was modern and well decorated, and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was quite comfortable but not quite as sturdy as it could’ve been, and it was impossible to make the shower hotter. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Was in a good location, room was an average size for the area.

The Lodge is quite lovely and perfectly situated in the beautiful village of Broadway, but our room was not properly readied for our arrival. The hotel is ‘unmanned’ which makes it tricky for quick resolution of issues. Our suite had been painted that day and smelled of fresh paint and the painter left a can of paint and a pizza box on the counter. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied. The wifi did not work upon arrival. Upon reporting the paint can /pizza box and wifi issues an apology was issued and housekeeping was to be alerted. I was asked to reset the router on the landing myself, which didn’t bother me. Returning from dinner two hours later the paint and pizza box and remained. I expressed my disappointment in the lack of action and have not heard a word since then. If you are looking for a hotel with service, skip the Lodge. It’s more like an Airbnb. The property and suite were fine, but the lack of guest care is a big flag. I rarely write poor reviews but the property was given a chance to fix the issues and chose not to.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

4th time ive stayed here, i come to visit my elderly parents, its situated perfectly, its always clean and the rooms are great. 5* on everything.

Broadway in the Cotswolds was beautiful, we had a lovely stay at the lodge. The coffee, tea, cookies and milk were a very nice touch. We had an issue with the hot plate and the staff went above and beyond having our breakfast cooked at the restaurant below. Hopefully one day we will be back! Cheers

The room was clean though the windows were very tired. Lovely hot water and good white towels. Good size bathroom, value for money. Pleasant staff member seen as we left.

Cinstant banging of windows with weather and wind !! Looked at the windows and they were very old and outdated and havent been changed !!

Our room at the Lodge was just about ok given the price we paid. At first glance it looked good but we soon became aware the amount of traffic it sees in the form of worn carpet, scratched furniture etc. Worst of all was the bed. A partially collapsed mattress with rounded edges where hundreds had sat before, and no box spring, this thing should have been thrown out long ago. An additional annoyance was the disco grade smoke alarm lights. The bright flash every 10 seconds required the use of sleep masks for both of us. On the positive side, the teas, cookies etc were good and the bathroom excellently appointed with endless hot water at good pressure and fine quality towels. Overall, however, nothing could make up sufficiently for that awful, awful mattress.

Met up with some friends for long weekend, Broadway is a great location with plenty of interesting places to visit both in Broadway and surrounding area. Accommodation was right in the heart of Broadway so perfect for high street and dining

Check-in is contactless and you only message with someone via what’s app. Finding the lodge itself isn’t simple for non-residents as it is tucked away. They have an agreement with a neighbouring hotel for parking, but despite registering our vehicle with this hotel, we still managed to get a parking ticket (this problem ended up being resolved quickly by calling the other hotel in question). Overall, Broadway was a beautiful place to visit, and the Lodge itself is kind of cute with little animal themes, but this wasn’t our favourite lodging on this vacation.

Very comfortable, lovely place to stay. Beautiful part of the UK. Beautiful high street and lovely restaurants. Had a beautiful meal at the Grill . Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great stay in a great room and absolutely met our expectations.

Perfect location just off the high street and with easy walking distance of all the amenities. Visiting friends so didn’t use the food option but had been to the cafe before and recommend it. There are a number of steps up to the accommodation so be aware if you have difficulty with stairs.

The property is very private, quiet and felt really safe.

The room is clean and cosy. The location is excellent. It would be better if the ventilation could be improved because it was too hot at night. Although they’ve provided an industrial fan in the room it was too noisy to switch on at night while you sleep.
