청결 상태가 매우 불량했습니다. 방에 바퀴벌레가 있었고, 다리미와 온수기도 없었습니다. 어쨌든 1성급 호텔이니 너무 큰 기대는 하지 마세요.

예산이 부족한 사람들에게 적합한 숙소입니다.

샤워물이 느리다. 침대가 약간 냄새난다.

Saiz bilik agak ok dengan bayaran, cuma suasana suram & lantai melekit (cleaner tak lap dengan baik), takde tempat menyangkut pakaian yang sesuai. Bilik tak kedap, boleh macam-macam termasuk dengar phone call di kaunter, orang bercakap, bayi menangis. Nak tidur memang tak lena. Hotel cam scary. Receptionist lelaki pakai baju biasa, bertatu. Tiada lif. kita datang sefamily memang penat la naik tangga bilik pulak tingkat 2 sebelah stor, pintu stor x tutup, scary giler, hotel pun lightining kat lobby kaler merah..bilik sempit, air panas mandi x berapa nak panas, aircond tiada remote Overall scary..

Dirty and noisy. People keep moving in and out.

Room deco and facilities simple but beyond expectation. Strong wifi. Very good for bznes traveller like me.

Jika korang nak rase just nak tdo sahaje, boleh la. Tapi kalau untuk tujuan bercuti n feel it x disarankan. Keadaan bilik x bersih..selimut cadar pon ade tompok2.. bilik air keadaan lantai x bersih..dinding pon berdaki..gelas dan cerek pon npk kotor..x disarankan untuk pkai..keadaan bilik pula x terlalu sempit tapi bising, dgr compresor aircond..dgr orang sebelah.

Very rude receptionist. I made this booking months ago and requested my preferred room. When I arrive and ask the receptionist she was so rude. The room allocated had water pouring from underneath the sink so I went to reception to check room while I was at the reception the repair guy entered my room without even asking with all my personal and valuable items on display. Very badly maintained hotel.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan keadaan bilik yang selesa walaupon bajet hotel, tilam, bantal, selimut semua ok, ada air mineral dan kopi 3 in 1 serta cerek disediakan. TV ok, cuma siaran perlu diperbaiki, tandas ok, bersih dan selesa, air pancuran pon puas hati.
