전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sand & Sandals Desaru Beach Resort & Spa

이 호텔 정말 좋아요. 호텔이 깨끗하고 냄새도 좋아요. 직원들도 친절하고, 조식도 맛있어요. 객실은 크고 넓지만, 가구 밑 청소를 안 해줘서 하우스키핑에 좀 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 빨간색 라운지 의자를 옮겼는데, 의자 밑에 먼지와 모래가 많이 끼었어요. 음식 배달은 호텔 안으로 들어오지 못했어요. 수영장에서 나와서 차 키를 안 가져왔기 때문에 경비실까지 걸어가서 음식을 가져와야 했어요. 밖에 나가기 너무 귀찮아서 온라인으로 주문했는데 결국 밖으로 걸어 나와야 했어요. 정말 번거로웠어요. 그 외에는 숙박에 만족했고 꼭 다시 올 거예요.

호텔 객실은 크고 넓었으며, 가격 대비 품질은 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 변기에 문제가 있었지만 호텔 직원들이 꽤 빨리 고쳐주었습니다. 호텔 조식은 그저 그랬고 종류는 많지 않았습니다.

메뉴가 다양하지 않고 맛도 별로 없습니다.

직원들은 모두 친절했습니다... 아침 식사와 객실 식사 등 음식은 모두 끔찍하고 맛없었습니다. 근처 마을에서 먹을 곳을 찾아보세요. 정말 좋았습니다.

우리는 Sand & Sandals에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

1박 숙박 중 문에 문제가 생겼습니다. 모든 것이 괜찮습니다. 베개 커버가 약간 더러워서 얼룩이 생기면 교체해야 합니다.

가족 휴가를 임시방편으로 했습니다. 최고의 호텔도 아니고 최악도 아닙니다. 인기와 시설 면에서 중산층 수준인데, 호텔은 꽤 오래된 건물이지만 여전히 제대로 유지 관리되고 있습니다. 온수기가 너무 뜨거웠고, 에어컨은 에어컨에서 가장 가까운 침대의 경우 시원하지 않았습니다. 침대의 시원함을 느끼려면 침대를 옮겨야 했습니다. 방은 꽤 넓고 바다를 바라보는 큰 발코니가 있어 바다를 바로 바라보지는 않았지만요. 수영장은 꽤 크고 어린이와 성인을 위한 작은 슬라이드도 있습니다. 어린이에게는 꽤 깊기 때문에 성인이 슬라이드를 사용하는 어린이를 지켜봐야 합니다. 전반적으로 제시된 가격은 수용 가능하지만 가장 합리적인 가격은 아닙니다. 그곳에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 하우스키핑과 시설 유지 관리에서 서비스를 개선해야 합니다. 인력이 부족한 것 같습니다. 감사합니다.

직원들은 친절하고 다정합니다. 방도 좋았지만 도착했을 때 불쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 가끔은 비어 있을 수 있지만 하루가 지나면 없어집니다. 지금까지는 좋고 아이들은 좋아합니다!

The hotel itself is excellent and we do enjoy, however the booking is not satisfactory. I don't understand why the booking for three person comes with only two single bed and three breakfast. How do you expect the third person to sleep? I have to add extra bed which comes with additional breakfast. It ends up I have pay extra breakfast for the 4th person which was not exist. I am not happy with the booking arrangement.

Specious room, nice pool & beach. Buf Add on Breakfast price rm78/person too expensive as not many verity of food and food taste just so so & no choice of pasty except normal bread with limited spread.

Had a wonderful 2D1N stay here. Would love to come again.

Would definitely choose sand & sandal resort to stay for our desaru trip. The staff are very helpful and polite and the cleaniness and condition are still standard like years ago. They really maintain so well. Love the resort so much and would come again for our short break again

Nothing to see. Bad experience stay here, food not nice at all. Ask to change the room but rejected. After 15 years coming back to stay ere. Now very regretted. Menyesal bayar mahal-mahal dapat yang cam ni. Stay hotel lain lagi bagus. Receptionist not friendly at all. And they have monkeys.

Service is so horrible, the staff really make it obvious that they aren't interested to work. Bear in mind, we paid rm 2k per night for the family room. The room and build was okay. Pool bar service is hopeless as well.

Very nice Resort with very clean private beach. Very chill place. With Arcade room & in door playgrounds for kids. Only down side is the breakfast quality still got room for improvement. Overall was satisfied. Recommended.

We had a pleasant stay here with the sea view. Waking up to the sound of the wave with the hot water bath tub at the balcony is very calming and healing setting. The bar got live performance and they were taking requests. We didn't stay for so long at the bar since it's quite chilly at the night because of the monsoon. We also tried the ATV and they can charge the room for it. The breakfast is good with the egg counter and variety of bread you can choose from, they also change menu from day one and day two. The room and bathroom floors were not that spotless but neat. They cleaned the room and changed the bed sheet while we were having our breakfast. There are also children playing room and adult game room. The gym is by the pool. Overall, we love it here as the view is quite nice and love the mood for night walk.

Nice place for stay with family, awesome pool.

The room look exactly like the picture. It is comfortable. During my stay it keep raining and the room leaking the next morning. I stay at 5th floor. Luckily it was the day I check out.

It was a horrible experience for me and my family! It was not just raining outside of our room but inside our room as well! I had a toddler and myself 7 months pregnant. Imagine either of us didn't notice the water, stepped on it and fell?! Who is going to be responsible? 4 star hotel with worse rooms than 1 star hotel! Not worth the money I would said! The only bright side is the pool and friendly staff apart from that nothing. Breakfast buffet was so- so. Walking to the Shore in this rainy weather, had to walk around a umbrella. Another thing, cleanliness was out as well, the room was still sandy when we enter and below the bed, it was so dusty and dirty! Please improve on the facilities before charging people!

Overall if OK but a bit smelly at room.
