Breakfast was very disappointing. Had an early flight so went down for breakfast at 4:30am. Got hot chocolate from machine -came out looking disgusting- very watery. Not a single croissant or pain au chocolate - staff member said we would have to wait 10mins on them coming out of the oven. Sorry but when already up early and in a rush for a flight this was unacceptable. Rest of selection very poor!

Bed settee, very uncomfortable, especially for such a new hotel, had to book as no twin rooms left, most uncomfortable night, had to sleep on pillows !!

Beautiful facility. Very short walk to the terminal. Recommend staying here the night before you fly as traffic is terrible in Bristol right now. We had supper and breakfast (breakfast included with stay) and both were high quality. Every staff interaction was friendly and professional. Good selection at the bar. Room was modern and very comfortable . Great shower. Would highly recommend.

The room was lovely. The only negative is that a fan in the bedroom (not the aircon) was blowing and noisy all night which disrupted our sleep
