Hotel staffs are very friendly but room condition was very bad. Many things are broken or are not working either. The hotel has to improve the management quality. The frige in the room so dirty. Check the photos which are attached to this review!!! Literally, the frige looks disgusting!

Room was clean, and the breakfast was great. The location is very good, so that you can walk to the city center and small forest. My kids especially enjoyed swimming pool !!

out design looks so.old but inside interior and facilities are quit good. really nice.

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Es war unglaublich schön Weihnachtlich geschmückt. Wir waren nicht das 1. und auch nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Goed verblijf, meer dan verwacht

Alles prima in orde maar tijdens ons verblijf (5 dagen) zijn iedere dag de handdoeken vervangen terwijl we ze netjes opgehangen hadden en niet op de grond gelegd. Dit kan dus beter!!! Verder prima verblijf gehad.

Not enough parking slots. And no charging point. I had to go from my room to the reception desk 4 times, because my key did not open the room, when I finally entered the room, it was a room for 2 people instead of 3 people. We had to wait 1 hour to have a 3rd camping bed, The pool without enough towels , we had to use the room's towels, then asking for clean towels when we went back to our rooms, It took 1 hour to bring those to our room, meanwhile our children got cold. Receptionists did their possible to make us comfortable, but it is certainly not what we can expect from a 4-Star hotel...
