Nice clean quiet easy to check in

We travelled with dogs and it wasnt really comfortable for us. The room did not have an area fenced for the dogs. The rolled bed was very uncomfortable. I found cockroaches on the sink in the middle of the night. Little ants were everywhere all day. There was no management on site when we were there.

It's a comfortable place to stay A little out from Bargara Beach and restaurants, but only a 2/3 minute drive Aircon is main living room works well, but none in the bedroom, although there is a Ceiling fan.

I highly recommend this B & B. Excellent Villa. Beautiful interior. Clean & fresh. We will certainly return in the future.

Very easy check in. Fantastic communication. I had a phone call on the morning asking for my bedding requests so that the configuration would be correct when I arrived. They exceeded expectations. I only stayed 1 night but wish it was more. Thank you.

Great location clean and convenient comfortable appointed accommodation

Check in was pretty easy once I navigated through the check-in instructions, with the property neat, tidy and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again in future visits.

12th Tee is a lovely, very comfortable apartment in a great location; across the road from a big supermarket and other shops and a short walk to many quality restaurants and a large pub. Mel is a great, caring host and we were very well looked after.

The property 12th Tee was a great place to stop at Bargara. Comfortable, quiet close to facilities. The only small concern was Wotif's instructions, however I called up the owner and they quickly sorted my access code, fantastic assistance. Would reccomend, and will stay again.

Check in was very easy and the property was lovely

This was a nice new property and just what I needed as single traveller who was busy during the day, particularly as it was close to where I needed to be. Re the TV in bedroom, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV in the bedroom as just a normal TV and watch local TV channels. There is a TV in the lounge/kitchen area so it didn't matter for me. As there is only one airconditioner in the lounge area, and it isn't that strong, I had to keep it on all night on a very low temperature and high fan, so I could get some relief from the very hot weather in Bargara when I was there. I liked the property and loved that there is a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. I wouldn't call it a BnB though.
