very easy access to centrum by walk, only one thing internet need more speed

맛있는 한국 식당이 바로 옆에 있고 주차장도 바로 앞에 있어 이용이 편리합니다. 침대 메트리스가 높고 편안해서 아주 좋습니다.

가격대비 무난한 호텔입니다. 출장으로 숙박하기에 딱 좋습니다.

It was great

Even though the hotel states that there is air conditioning, it only works in the summer. You can't control the room temperature, which for us it was hot. It was a bad experience because we chose the hotel only because of the air conditioning. It should be very clear before reservation that it does not work if you don't go in the summer.

Unfortunately we were told on arrival our room wasn't ready as there was a problem, the hotel was full and the room wouldn't be available until the following day. The person on reception assured us that the replacement hotel was the same standard which it clearly wasn't. The replacement hotel was clean, staff friendly, but furniture and provisions utilitarian, no luxuries and tight for space. On going back later that evening to complain to staff at deSilva that there was no comparison between the standard of the hotels, we eventually were offered a room for the following day and as an apology were given a room upgrade & complimentary evening meal on our second (our final) night - it was only a 2 night stay. We requested to speak to the manager on that day who was apologetic about us being given such poor service, The staff made every effort to make up for the experience, the room was lovely, the meal good, and they arranged a taxi to the airport at their cost on our departure. We left on good terms, they tried very hard to make sure we were comfortable, but half our stay was spoiled by the experience, and the meal just about made up for the difference in cost of the rooms. But the taxi was appreciated.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Always nice when your hotel is better than the pics.

Located Right next to a church with loud bell ringing from 7am 😔 on the plus side it has lovely breakfast

Preisleistungsverhältnis spitze! Sehr gute Lage in alle Richtungen. Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Können es nur empfehlen

It was in a louder part of town but that also made it a convenient location.

This property was great after we got past the check in policy. Admittedly we got to the hotel 2 hours early and were told no rooms were available yet, even though he didn’t check our name. A few minutes later, we were told a room was available but for an added cost of $100 PLN when the whole room cost $267 PLN. We declined and an hour later got to check in for free. We have never experienced that and don’t think it is right. With that said, after check-in, all was good. Big clean room, nice bathroom, and a water station with cold still/sparkling.

Great hotel. Nice big clean room with large comfortable bed. Excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to the old town square.
