I booked for a family room with 4 pax and they only gave us 2 complimentary breakfast. The cost of food at doublegem was expensive.

Restaurant staff makes guests feel like they will run off paying for their foods. Guests feel embarrassed because the waiters/waitresses keep on telling they have to pay. We went on island hopping and they entered the room, cleaned it, without informing or asking us.
