가격, 청결함, 친절도, 위치 등...최고의 숙박지 중 하나였습니다. 착한가격에 스위트룸에 머물었으며, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 오븐 등, 간단한 음식을 해먹을 수 있었으며, 거실과 방이 분리 되어 있었고, 화장실도 깨끗하고 아주 좋았습니다. 위치도 우드필드몰 바로 옆인데다, 타겟, 월마트등도 인접해 있습니다. (물론 걸어갈수 있으나, 차로이동하실것을 추천) 스위트 룸이 20만원 안되는 가격이라 충분히 머물만한 호텔입니다. 시카고 도심의 엄청난 가격의 호텔에 비하면, 도심과의 거리만 있을 뿐, 충분히 좋은 호텔이며, 다음에 또 방문기회가 있다면, 단연 이 호텔로 정할 겁니다.

The whole hotel had a very strong fragrance smell which was overpowering. Only 1 elevator was working which make long wait times for getting to/from room. The beds are awful and so uncomfortable!! The front desk lady looked like she hated life..I asked her for extra pillows and she stated the wntire hotel was out of extra pillows. 4 pillows for a room with 2 beds (bed & pullout couch) is not enough! Definitely wouldn’t recommend and would never stay here again.

Everything was located close by

Big rooms, clean, nice area, breakfast needs improvement. Plenty restaurants around to dine in walking distance. Aside from breakfast itbwas perfect.

The staff was not friendly. We moved to the town place suites down the road. Much better experience overall

I was very pleased with my room. Very comfortable and spacious. The pice was very reasonable as well. Great location to explore Woodfield Mall and a various amounts of places to eat. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was fine, the breakfast was average and the room was nice although there was several sticky spots on the carpet, so that our slippers were sticking. The fitness center had a peloton, which was great. The suite was nice, but why was the coat closet all the way in the back? We would be standing by the door and then realizing coats were all the way at the other end of the room. Kinda odd.

Had a good time. Loud neighbors

DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR A ROOM UP CHARGE THAT YOU DO NOT ASK FOR. I GUESS THIS IS HOW HOTELS MAKE MONEY THESE DAYS!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL UPGRADE YOUR ROOM WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

In a nice quiet cubby

Needs a heated pool. The pool was freezing cold couldnt stand being in it for a few mins

We traveled to Schaumburg to go to Medieval Times with a group of 7 people. We had 3 rooms one room smelled like dog pee. Second room smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. The third room actually smelled clean. The rooms over all where clean it was just the smell of the two rooms. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk she said that she would let the manager know and they would reach out later that afternoon. Next day and still have not heard from the manager.

Clean

We booked a room that was wheel chair accessible, but when we checked into the room, neither the shower or the sink were wheel chair accessible. The desk worker was unable to accommodate us with a room that suited our needs. This made the stay there a little difficult but we managed. It was too late to try and search for another room at a different location, as we had plans for the evening.

Was next to a lot of restaurants and shopping and near the highway. Breakfast was below average and front desk staff wasn't very helpful! Just an average Hilton to be honest
