Amira Hotel is truly a gem in Bansko. What made my stay special was not only the facilities, but especially the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and caring, and they really did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa area. After a hard day on the slopes, it felt like heaven. The Himalayan salt infrared sauna is a real highlight and genuinely seemed to help with recovery. The pool is also a very good size, and I really appreciated that they do not overload it with chlorine, the water feels much gentler thanks to their salt-based system. I also had a sports massage, and it was honestly one of the best I have ever had. Exactly what you need after skiing or snowboarding. Dinner is also worth mentioning: the food was delicious, and even if you are the only guest dining, they make you feel completely comfortable and welcome. All in all, I cannot recommend Amira Hotel enough. It is warm, relaxing, and full of thoughtful hospitality. I would happily stay here again.

good place - excellent breakfast, clean and worm we liked it!

Nice hotal at the top of town. We were there in summer but I imagine the area looks nicer in the winter. Easy walk (10 mins) to the centre. Forna 5* hotel I was surprised that some things were a bit cheap and run down. The room was big and comfortable, but some drawers were broken. Some lights were broken or buzzed loudly. Breakfast was nice but nothing special: not 5*. Balcony overlooked a building site, which won't be finished for a year at least. But overall very happy with the price. Great spa!

The pipes of toilet stink all the room, people screaming all the time, the staff was helpful but the smell and the rooms were disappointing

Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing.

Excelente hotel con Excelente servicio

Excellent hotel. Apartment room is very large and the views from the room were incredible. We ate at the restaurant and had room service a few times, the food was incredible and very reasonably priced compared to other European destinations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This truly is a 5 star hotel. If we ever return to Bansko to go skiing again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only couple of negatives was that it's advertised as a ski in/ski out hotel, which isn't strictly true as it's a 5 min walk to the Gondola. Although, location is still perfect. Secondly, sound proofing could be enhanced as we could hear our neighbours at times. Overall, excellent, clean, safe, convenient hotel that delivered excellent value for money.

Beautiful property, incredible food and wonderful staff. One of our best experiences anywhere in the world. Dinner is a must!

Loin du centre de la ville mais on peut revenir en taxi. On a dîner à l’hôtel et la nourriture et le service étaient excellent.

Excellent and quiet place

Odalar oldukça güzeldi, her oda tipi yeterli gemişlikte ve konforluydu. Servis, temizlik ve hizmet çok iyiydi herkes güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı ideal ve lezzetliydi. Konum olarak da ulaşımda rahattı, servis sorunsuzdu. Çok keyif alarak konakladık, teşekkürler :)

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Quiet hotel and I slept well. What makes this hotel special is the excellent spa with infrared, sauna, hot tub, and pool. Make time to enjoy these features.

Was moved to Belvedere hotel last three days after I paid to stay at Amira. I was told they had sports team and moved me to Belvedere which was terrible. They offered free meals to compensate for the move which instead gave 90 in Bulgarian currency for me moving. Other hotel had sports team parting all night no central air and had no sleep. Checked out two days early and moved to 5 star hotel which was not much more than I paid. Lost money but gained sleep and Kempinski hotel has gained new customer.

The people at the hotel were incredibly kind and caring. They went out of their way to assist and paid attention to details. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ski lift and yet walking distance from the town center.
