very very nice location. I stayed 9th floor. all staffs are super kind. 24-hour mart is a neighbor. The pharmacy and Simcard shop, good breakfast restaurant are very near. Parking space and Safety are also good. I will stay again when I visit again. Not too many good views in the room but I strongly recommend this hotel. Fantastic

Its located in the centre of Hamra area, its an extremely crowded area .. the stuff was helpful and nice, but the room was not well maintained .. the price was affordable .. next time We would consider staying in another area

I almost like everything in it especially the Staff , but i only have to complains : The Internet Speed is still low and Some rooms designs ( for example some Premium rooms have no Tv in the sitting area and the bathroom is too small comparing to the ones of the same type)

Non-existent wifi, cigarette burns in the couches, stains in the sheets, and outrageous street noise, all-around a pretty terrible experience.

I'm a repeat guest! I continue to come to studio 44 not just for the convenience of being centrally located and having private and secure parking, but for the exceptional staff . I am always made to feel at home. The employees are very nice and accommodating. Every room has a kitchenette which is an added benefit especially if you're being budget conscious and not wanting to eat out.or have specific dietary needs I had a great stay as always
