Room is great. But their staff behaviors were rude and not friendly. I had an issue with check in because of system error. And they treated you like a beggar/homeless who needs home. From all of staffs, only one who being helpful and gave smile. Room is very big, kitchen, stove, microwave and washing machine available. Parking area is small but ok. It would be perfect if their staffs are human.

Hotel apartment, lokasinya bagus, bersebelahan dengan deira city centre (mall,carrefour, lots of worldwide tenant, food court,etc), dekat metro station (5 min by walk),dekat bandara dan dubai creek. Minusnya lobby hotel agak kurang terawat dan furniture agak tua tapi masih oke. Kondisi unit ok, bersih,ada mesin cuci (minus detergent), setrika, microwave, kompor,complete with all kitchen stuffs. Overall ok lah apalagi kalau bawa keluarga.
