It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. But the complimentary breakfast they provide is excellent with a variety of dishes. That's one very good positive thing we noticed there. Otherwise it's a very normal hotel

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. They were helpful and went out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Good breakfast programme with many choices.

I don't know why Hotels.com have this property in their list , it is so far the worst booking I had thro hotels.com in the last 3+ years. It is not a hotel , just an upgraded convention/marriage hall. Very primitive bathrooms , smelly rooms , door locks not working properly , noisy guests. I won't recommend this to anyone. Got deceived by the previous reviews and the photos.

They have a great restaurant on the ground floor .

The hotel is quite clean and it proudly displays awards it won in this area. Rightly so. The property is clean and well-maintained. Rooms are large and comfortable. Service is good. And with all of this, it is packaged with pricing that makes the hotel a compelling proposition. I stayed here in March 2019 and enjoyed my stay.

Room was cleaned it I got burned by hot water and end up going to the hospital No help. Only we got a word of sorry Hard to communicate.

Clean and pleasant place. Decent rate

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, good service provided at hotel and at restaurant. Break fast was mainly Indian, but tasty. Diner ordered in toom was also tasty.

It was good stay at the hotel. I will give 4* out of 5. Wifi was not working. Most of the hotel simply says server is down for excuse.

IT'S REALLY AWESOME STAY TO BE HERE. HOTEL IS REALLY NICE, VALUE FOR MONEY. I WILL LIKE TO STAY AGAIN.

The air conditioner in the room is hard to control. Many bed bugs at night, I cannot sleep well and woke up every two hours.
