우선 창문이 별도로 없는 구조이기 때문에(대문쪽) 환기가 어렵고 집 자체가 습하고 지대가 높지만 반지하 같은 느낌입니다. 화장실의 하수구 냄새가 침대로 와서 불편했습니다. 위치는 상벤투역 근처라서 좋았지만 나머지가 불편했어요. 집 크기는 나름 크고 괜찮았습니다만. 그리고 오르막 꽤 있긴 합니다. 캐리어 끌고 올라가기에는 쉽지 않아요.

포르투에서 스팟아파트를 찾은건 정말 행운이었습니다! 상벤투역 걸어서 3-5분거리 깨끗하고 룸컨디션 최고였어요~식탁위 정어리 통조림 우유 과일 등 깨알같이 챙겨서 놔 주신 집주인 센스도 돋보였고 첵인시 만난 직원도 성의껏 열심히 포르투 관광지 소개 등 생활에 필요한 정보도 주시고 정말 가성비 최고 숙소 입니다~ 강추!

위치는 상벤투역 바로 앞이어서 관광지 이동에 아주 좋았어요. 체크인 타임이 4시였음에도 담당 호스트가 4시에 체크인을 해주지 않아 비오는 날 아이들과 기다려야 했어요. 나중에 전화하니 30분을 더 기다리라고 해서 결국 5시에 체크인을 할 수 있었어요. 시설도 나쁘지 않았지만 언덕 위에 있어서 매번 언덕을 다니기는 쉽지 않고 집 앞에 주차장이라 늦은 시간까지 사람들이 대화하는 소리가 들려서 시끄러웠어요.

위치와 주인 집상태 모두모두 만족입니다 추천합니다 다음에 또 묵고싶습니다~포르투에 대한 인상이 완전 달라질정도에요

I'm rating this with 3 stars after I had to deal with a blackout of several hours (only the unit was involved, meaning it was not a general blackout), during our first 2 days. The stay was comfortable and very well located. The entire apartment was very clean and kitchen was well set with everything. What it could be improved? some furniture is not in very good shape, and it would be good idea to change them (not big investment at all) Other than that i would recommend them for staying at PORTO.

Pretty decent studio apartment at the city centre, had a very pleasant stay. Check-in location is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, which could have been done online.

Amenities were great

First of all the place is next to impossible to find. Secondly you walk into a pitch black place that steps down with no warning. Fell flat on my face and injured my knee. The bathroom had black mold in the shower. Pubic hairs on the walls. I expect a full refund.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well located, equipped with new furnishings, along with a well equipped kitchen. Location was ideal, easy to visit various historical sites. The host even provided a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. How great is that!

Very nice spot next to the metro station and ten minutes away from the Empire Macdonald.

We were given wrong address for the property. The address shown on Expedia reservation was 322 and we waited till 4;00pm for the code to enter the building. But the code came with a different address. We had to drag our 5 bags on a very steep street to get to the apartment. The first level apartment had the entrance on a very noisy street. People walking right outside our apartment till past midnight. Was not able to sleep till 1:00am. The apartment itself was very clean and good condition.

La propiedad esta un poco deteriorada, no hay aire acondicionado, por la parte de atras hay mucho drogadicto que da la sensación de inseguridad, pero en general está regular, si hay que buscar estacionamiento porque no hay donde aparcar
