Good location, friendly welcome, wine and snacks gift pack, spacious, clean, quiet.

The apartment was very well located and we received a very nice warm and genuine welcome from the owner's father. The apartment was very clean ,felt very homely and was well equipped. There was a big tray of snacks, drinks and breakfast items left for us which was very unexpected. It's easy to walk to all the various attractions and there were lots of places to eat very close by as well. There was a lot of information regarding tourist attractrions and recommendations left in the appartment as well, which was very handy. Lovely to be able to sit outside in the very private patio area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this for a couple.

We stayed here for a little over two weeks as we saw all the sights Seville has to offer. The location is great nestled among small churches and a occasional church procession great to watch incredible. Ricardo was always available if any problems or questions arise it was a great stay in a great historic city “Seville”.
