신축 건물로 청결하고 깨끗했음. 침실과 거실사이 벽이 없이 간이 칸막이로만 구분되어 2커플이 사용하기엔 불편했음. 신분 확인이 까다로웠으며, 체크인 방법을 사전에 통지 받지 않아 상당히 당황했음.

스튜디오 룸이 먀우 넓어서 4인이 함께 하는데 쾌적하였음. 자동차 이용시 접근성과 전망이 좋음

관리가 매우 잘 되어있고 새 건물같이 매우 깨끗함. 공용 세탁기 및 건조대도 따로 있어서 여행 중간에 세탁도 가능하고 주방도 잘 구비되어 있음. 침대도 관리가 잘 되어 매우 푹신하게 잘 잠

아이슬란드에 조금 늦게 도착했지만 알려준 내용대로 셀프 체크인이 편리해서 좋았습니다. 바로 근처 보너스마트는 평일 6시 30분까지라서 가지 못하고 차타고 5분가서 미니마트에서 간식거리를 사왔습니다. 정신을 놓고 키를 방에 두고나와서 주인 아주머니께 전화를 했는데 오히려 걱정을 해주시며 단번에 와주셔서 너무 고마웠습니다. 수돗물에서 유황냄새가 약간나서 물을 사왔는데 찾아보니 찬물로만 틀어서 마시면 괜찮대서 수돗물로도 잘 마시면서 지냈습니다 ;)

Room condition and size are ok Cooking ware were well prepared.

It was really nice to stay with friends or family. Kichen is large enough and rooms are clean and cozy.

체크인 한다고 하니까 별다른 언급도 없이 건너편에있는 블루마운틴 숙소 건물로 데려가더군요. 뭔가 이상했지만 거기서 채크인 하고 방을 들어가보니 제가 예약 한 그 방이 아닌거에요... 프론트 가서 내가 예약한 그 방이 아니라고 왜 다른방을 주냐고 물어보니 블루마운틴 쪽에서도 모르겠다고 해서. 다시 아이슬랜딕 건물가서 물어보니, 저희가 예약한 방을 전날 사용한 사람들이 짐을 두고 사라져서 남는 방이 없는 상태라고 하더군요... 아니 처음부터 체크인 할 때 저희한테 미리 양해를 구하던가 노티스를 줘야 하는거 아니냐고 따졌더니 저희가 영어를 못하는줄 알고 그냥 맘대로 처리한거래요. 만약 영어를 못한다고 해도 기본적으로 상황 전달은 해줘야 하는거 아닌가요? 맘대로 아시아인이라고 영어 못할거라 생각하고... 맘대로 다른 숙소에 던져두고 우리가 직접 왜 방이 다른지 돌아다니면서 이유를 찾아 들어야 하는건가요. 결국 블루마운틴 건물에서 보냈습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 정말 좋았습니다.

Everything is satisfactory, with the only downside being a persistent odor from all the drains. Since we are on the 6th floor, I believe this is a building-wide plumbing issue rather than an isolated problem.

The apartment was great overall. The only issue was that the water had an unpleasant smell from all the sinks and the shower faucet. Everything else was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay.

Fin mulighed for parkering, det er et stille område. God seng og fin indretning.

Herbergið var fullkomlega vel útbúið. Rúmið gott en frekar lítið fyrir tvo. Gallinn er helst að það var enginn gluggi í herberginu heldur var bara hurð út á stórar svalir en maður þorði ekki að hafa hurðina opna yfir nóttina til að lofta út. Fannst frekar fúlt að þurfa skila herberginu svona snemma. Tekk inn er kl 15:00 og tékk út kl 10:00. Finnst lágmark að fá að hafa herbergið til kl 11 (12:00 er fullkomið) Lentum í vandræðum með kóðan til að komast inn á herbergisgangin og biðum í 15 mín og þurftum aðmhafa samskipti í gegnum watsup til að komast inn. En hrós á þau að svara okkur um nóttina og aðstoða okkur ennþetta var mikill mínus að þurfa að standa í þessu um miðja nótt.

Was deciding between 3 and 4 stars, chose 4. Location is the key - if you plan to drive from Reykjavik to National parks for hiking and sightseeing, it has an excellent location on the East edge of town, very accessible. Pretty close to Costco gas station as well, which is well worth to save money on very expensive gas (just like everything in Iceland). The parking is convenient, just a few lots between the apartments and nearby businesses - free and pretty abundant. Suites themselves are furnished OK, nothing special, but works: shower pressure is great (important moment), kitchenette has all necessary appliances, laundry room (if needed) is available. Cleanliness a bit subpar, when we moved in a smell of some either burnt curry or something, so we had to find Febreze in the store and use it. Big drawback is window treatments: it is summer, so 20+ hours of daylight in Iceland. Why not invest in some cheap blinds? The curtain is not thick enough, coupled with blinds would have been great. Yes, we did have sleeping masks but seems strange not to have some blinds like in any hotel. We had to shut down the heater completely, as only one small window can be opened, and it does get hot in the room. Good value for money but some things good use a simple improvement.

It was a nice property, had all the utensils you would need to cook, we had an inconvenient one time we got to the apartment and we get in the shower 3 minutes later no water. Apparently the town decided to do maintenance and we were going to be without water for hours. No communication whatsoever from the host letting us know, so here we are with soap using water bottles to shower when they knew what was going on and could’ve send a message. Very disappointing night. Other than bad communication, everything else is good and good location.
